Two real good questions and I'm not sure of either one of them. I just posted it for interests sake. I will find out tomorrow if you like. It moves along very well and steers easily. A small 4 cylinder gas engine and a heater. rides pretty good too. I wonder if I can talk my brother into a test drive on Nipissing?

Some of you may have seen these before but this was the coolest thing I have seen in a while. The tracks Hydraulically drop when you park it at the fishing hole. Floats too.

The boat show is expensive to the people that have displays. They have to move a lot of stuff or create some future business in order for it to become profitable. The costs are tremendous. If a dealer for example from Sudbury has 10 boats at the show. The cost of paying someone to haul it there and back, plus the fuel,accomodations, the rental for the show, meals....well you get the picture. So the best deal may or may not be had there. Just my point of view.

I'm only kidding u Irish. .I noticed before you had a new one coming. No one wants their new boat to go to the boat show.

Nice looking bull. Healthy one too. My son and another fellow had 5 bulls go by them all at one time in deer season. Wonder where they were in moose season?

I took a pic and loaded it into paint. I then reduced the size under stretch and skew %.then saved it to desktop and loaded it up. Worked fine.

Hello Bare...I live up in the Nipissing area so Im not sure of the clubs in that area. I do know that Elwood Epps hunting and fishing store in Orillia may be able to give you some info on that.

Ok Spiel..Thats great. Not a rush yet..My fav rod right now is a 6.6 one piece Shimano Crucial spinning. I would like to either get this one done up or if you can make up a similar blank. Or you may have a better suggestion. All input will be appreciated. Thanks again. I will pm you on this in the future.

My son and I went down to Elwood Epps store tonight after work. Me to pick up some fishing stuff and him to get some hunting gear. Been quite a while since I have been in there. It has a lot of stuff in there for a small area. The people there were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was talking to Mike who works behind the counter in the gun department. He said he is a friend of Spiels. I didnt know this before but he said Spiel is an accomplished rod builder. He also said something about Spiel liking a harbour?-no.... thats not it......O ya now I remember-Lakeport.

2 years ago I needed a passport in a hurry too. Started out with the proper channels-we were going to run out of time. Ended up driving to Ottawa (about a 4 hr drive from here). Went in first thing on a Saturday morning and there were about 20 people ahead of us before it opened. We even got a parking spot in front of the building. Took about an hour. They still had to mail it to me. What an awful process. My business would go under in a week if I operated the way they do. Good luck with your process.

Hi Irish. Its possible it still could be open water there. It was open the day before. The wind was still blowing hard today. 1 more week...Nobody wants to get out there more than me. You are right Irish, its not worth the risk. Confirmed---Open water at Deepwater point today.
