  1. So very sorry Joey. You will remember that day forever. John & Barbara
  2. I have it on two baitcasters and all I can say is that I like PowerPro and the red catches fish the same as the green. I bought it initially to try as it was cheaper then the green (the store had lots of inventory they were trying to move). I don't think I would pay a premium for it but it seems to be relatively invisible underwater to my eyes........I haven't asked the fish though.
  3. Looks like your addiction is not getting any better bud!
  4. Most of us do care Kyle. We have been through it many times with both cats and dogs and each time is no easier than the one before. It is the final act of kindness that we can do for them. I get through it by remembering how much each of them brought to our lives and that we are better people because of them.
  5. Well done Mike.... Great report, thanks for sharing. Sounds like a bucket list addition for me.
  6. You don't wake up until 7.43am.........dang!
  7. I figured that a creative guy like you used a chain saw. Much more efficient.
  8. No, no Glen, you are supposed to have someone else remove the hook. It's much more effective cussin' at others. That's when you can use the really creative vocabulary.
  9. Rick, I'm not sure of the design of this phone but if you don't need the back cover to hold the battery in you can buy hard cases in a variety of styles and colours that clip over the whole phone. They cost $5-6 on e-bay or perhaps $10-15 at the mall.
  10. Thanks for sharing that special day Joey. Keep it in your heart always.....
  11. I'm lost for words too, magnificent!
  12. Really nice clean fish there Fil, great markings too. Congrat's for a successful day.
  13. Well done guys!
  14. Thanks for sharing Ron, stellar report. Great pic's too.
  15. Happy Birthday Paul, have a great one.
  16. Congratulations Tony, you deserve it.
  17. Hello Pete, welcome aboard. Can't help you on Onaping Lake. Maybe you give us a little introduction and I sure someone will warm up and come forward with some info.
  18. Sincerest condolences Albert. I too have the fond memories of what Dad taught to me, for that I will be eternally grateful. May his memories live on in your family for ever.

    Kiss Sucks

    I love it!!!!!!...
  20. He was our cabin mate for the week Wayne. We were on a rocky point just across a small bay from the others. There were 4 of them that laid on the rocks most of the day, but he was the daddy. Brent was feeding them night crawlers........
  21. Dang, I will have to get the video working later
  22. Well, I am a couple of weeks late but we'll all get over it, I'm sure. Barbara and I and our grandson Brent spent a great week on the West Arm, West Bay actually, at Memquisit Lodge with Lew, Diane and daughter Sherri, Pete (Squid) and his wife Sue, Jim, Susan, Corey and Ben from Misty Cove fame and a member of our Southern buddies Dustin (Bubba). We probably picked the best week of the summer so far, weather wise. Barbara & I met Bubba at BPS bright and early, well it was early and Barbara & I were pretty bright but Bubba was showing the weary signs of a straight through drive from Tennessee. Figured we had better get some calories into him so we stopped for breakfast, gas and then headed up 69. Memquisit is a nice place, view across the water from our cabin was second to none. Most of the cabins are boat to, meaning you need to load your stuff for the week in the boat at the dock and then unload at the cabin. Lugging the stuff up the rocks gets the heart rate up for sure. Fishing was great, catching was tough most of the week. Even the typical 20"-30" Nipissing pike were not co-operating. The odd day would bring the odd Walleye and smallie, but the elusive West Arm Muskie.........not even a follow or a swirl. Until, later in the week they seemed to turn on a little. Still nothing like I have seen it, but I got a 39", Pete got a 49" and Jim got I believe a 44". Wonderful time with great people. Have booked for next year already...
  23. So sorry to hear of your loss Wayne. Cherish those memories............. Sincere condolences my friend, John & Barbara
  24. I watch it with the sound off Dan.....
  25. Just tried it again now and it works fine. Wonder if the site was down off and on for updates?
