  1. We have lots around our yard. I just pay attention when out in the evening our night. They don't hurt anything unless threatened our startled. There are a few people I'd like to smack though openly stating they dip food in antifreeze and leave it on their deck or property, aholes
  2. Ill try to get some good ones. Lots in the 7-8 ft range.
  3. I totally agree with HH
  4. People should always have the right to bear arms. Looks what happens in countries that do not allow people to bear arms. People need to be able to protect themselves and feed themselves. A population without guns quickly turns a government into a tyranny
  5. Ill go shoot a video this weekend of rainy river. In the evening hundreds of them are jumping, it's an awesome sight to see. We hear the splashes from our house every couple seconds. Lol just heard one as I am typing this
  6. They feed just like suckers, slowly sucking up whatever is on bottom
  7. Jig and a grub will catch them. Never heard of one taking a lure though
  8. Smoked sturgeon is delicious. Typically small fish are used to smoke ie 10-15 lbs so there not too old.
  9. Lol Limey. Nice vids as usual! And wow at max! Every kid in his school will be jealous of his stories. Seems like yesterday my daughter was born, she starts s hook next year, crazy
  10. Insane amounts here this year and about a month or two late. Hard to now the lawn but the kids sure don't mind catch and releasing them:) I'm expecting a lot of big pike and bass here this fall
  11. The sens suck, j/k. Wicked fish, super thick!!!
  12. They were having too much fun for that to be legal. Next up, hair fishing equals one rod lol
  13. It's not a difficult learning curve. Main thing is just to spool it properly (two or 3 different ways) and spool it as tight as possible.
  14. I have a plane old plastic fold up table that I got for like $20. Works great, east to clean and takes up no room. Also use it to prep food while bbqing. Of course this doesn't answer the original question, but I just thought I'd share a better option (IMO)
  15. I use 10-20 lb power pro or suffix 832. I fish a lot of shallow bass and big pike/walleye in heavy current full of rocks. It works great, I ver ver rarely get bit off or cut off. I use nano fill for jigging though and it is awesome line. Only downside is it frays oh so easily
  16. Everyone mastered the art of angling and no longer needed to buy tackle.
  17. This is not gonna win over teammates and coaching staff
  18. Just go in with variety and confidence. Lotw, rainy lake and lac duel are all similar, absolutely deadly fish factories! You'll have an absolute blast!!! Now it's your turn to think of something equally as awesome as your significant others gift...
  19. Jedi has the same tent as me. I love it but got I just got it last season so I can't really say too much about durability. They were on sale last year and I snagged mine for 179 half price if I remember correctly. No leaks, easy set up and tons of room
  20. Was there an offer he turned down? Sorry, leafs fan here but haven't been able to watch any news for abit. Suppose I could google it, lol
  21. But he agrees that if you can find current with a break, near shallow water and sand/mud bottom on a warm day, 4" Berkeley ripple shads in fire tiger work well too. But these are isolated fish and require patience
  22. My neighbour says 20-40 feet off drop off and weed edges using a Johnson silver minnow tipped with a 4" white grub
  23. Ok, here is the real advice. Bring a 5'6" medium rod spooled with 4lb mono and go walleye fishing, haha. Seems to work 68% of the time, every time! Lol
