Amazingly happy:) we just got an offer to take a lakefront house on LOTW:) amazing property too. It would be temporary, as the owners are looking to sell, but rent throught the summer/fall. This might be too good to resist. I'm already marking spots lol. Be awesome if this pans out from now till fall

Treat your kids right, and invest in their careers and knowledge. The way things are going, you will need your children to make sure your safe and fed. Sad state if ya ask me.
