Well isnt that nice, my kids take the dog for a walk on the backside of our property?. Im outside feeding my other husky while all the sudden my son comes running full tilt in tears. So turns out my dog get her foot clamped in a trap. Not to sound insensitive but thankfully it wasnt one of my kids. I follow his lead and get my poor dog out. Luckily shes not hurt to bad. Pretty pissed off but ok. Sure enough the kids show me multiple traps and snares, all on our property. Now im really upset about all this, but just to add to it, its on our friggen property so if anyone else found these it would appear to be me that had set them! What in the heck is with some people? Seriously, setting traps on a families property that has kids??? I mean illegal is illegal either way but wow! Cant wait to see what the MNR has to say about this

Weather is a funny thing! Im not all that old but the weather here is just strange. Normally we had hot humid summers, decent amounts of rain, some windy days but the winds almost always stopped at night. The winters were nothing crazy but we always had tonnes of snow. I have old pics somewhere of hopping off my grandpas roof for fun and it was like a 2ft drop lol. Last winter was insane cold with moderate snow levels. Not too much but man it seemed -30 and colder for weeks on end. This year we have 6" off snow on the ground, last week it rained three times. One day was +12. Its just my observations nothing scientific. But it is neat to see the changes bi it good or bad. When my grandpa died he had logs of weather and rainfall that he used for his gardening. I kept it and read through some of it, not all, its pretty boring lol. But i got the jest the weather was much more stable in those years long gone by

Frig its next to impossible to replace your ids nowadays. Sorry, you need two pieces of id to replace that id, D'OH!

My phone comes with me but it stays inside my jacket in a zippered pocket. Keeps it warm too. Ive lost glasses and a few combos. The glasses hurt, especially when you need them to drive back lol. I havent done it in a long time however. But I did just replace my glasses as my others were 6 years old. My wallet is alot lighter thats for sure. Even with insurance I paid $289 and my exam was $90 and not covered??? Total cost of my glasses was just shy of $700! OUCH!!

All I know is it was a great game! Probably the most enjoyable game in years.

Yep. I was usually around grande prie and as far north as nearlandia. All really flat so in those colder temps we almost always dealt with strong winds as well. The temps were just silly but I dont remember ever shutting down because of the weather. In ontario we stopped at -40 no matter what. I just finished up a big solar farm in NW ontario and workers complained at -15. I was hot lol. But I also where appropriate gear. Id rather be too warm then too cold thats for sure.
