Around here the old houses are the ones you want.
All the tradesman worked at the mill, and when one of them built a house all the tradesman helped.
My grandpa was a pipefitter, and 70 or so years later his house is still like brand new. No faults at all.
House we just moved into is almost 100 years old and its awesome!
