  1. If its an older unit, could be a freon leak.No easy fix for a problem like this Mike.If everything looks fine, but still not cooling or cycleing properly, its time to get a HVAC tech in.Dont wait tool long either, the predicted heat will have every refrigeration guy booked solid till fall.
  2. Dang awesome Pete !!! I averted my eyes away from the Bass pics, but had to peek anyways....Hawgs
  3. Now i know why my buddy Mike had such a look of horror on his face as i tried to unhook the smallie i caught while fishing with him a couple weeks ago. Those things go ape when you try taking the hook out.
  4. :rofl2: JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT IT WAS SAFE TO GO BACK IN THE WATER:w00t:
  5. Smart move not posting a pic:good: i hate seeing people shredded in a public forum. Musta scared the beejeepers out of him when he got a look at the fish !!! Congrats.
  6. Did you use bactine on the cat damage
  7. Greay Vid Terry.I could watch fish swiming for hours.
  8. If it swam by a hungry musky or pike, i dont think that not knowing what it was, would come into play. These 2 preditors eat first and ask questions later
  9. Come face to face with a 50"Musky or some of the huge Northern Pike, i dont think it would stand much of a chance. In all seriousness, i think we should get over the panic, and start to prepare for the eventual reality of Snakehead and Asian Carp entry into our water systems. Looks like its gonna be a fact of life
  10. Man Mike !!! Those are some real TOADS !!!!! Gotta love Fishing with little Zack !!!! He makes that walleye look 40" long !!!!
  11. x2 on the software update.Mine did the samething, but i repositioned the trans and it works fine now.I oceassionally get the problem in shallow,5-8ft, weedy areas, but that is rare now. I manually choose the beam rather than use auto setting.I use the 200Khz most because it shows more detail on the bottom.
  12. lol !!!! But plus tax puts mine within his budget
  13. humminbird 587 HD ci. I like mine.Easy to operate, more user friendly than other units. But thats just me, and i wont get into a brand bash. $469 at BassPro
  14. I'd love to see some of that footage !!!!!

  16. Dang !!!!!!!!!!!!!! That got my blood pumpin !!!! Thanks Lew
  17. Dang !!! Forgot about those nasty, viscious, scare the crap outta me birds They can reach speeds of 50 mph on those webbed feet
  18. Well then, now that you mention it, i changed my computers at work yesterday, and i was having the same trouble. Thought it was an IE9 problem, as thats what came with the new windows 7. I installed firefox and the probelm went away. Coincidence
  19. IE9 doesnt like a lot of websites firefox or chrome should fix the problem.
  20. x4. If the range has no LP orrifices, most companies supply them as a conversion kit. The gas valve/regulators can be switched to either Nat or LP gas at the flick of a switch or turn of a screw. The bake and broil burners work off the gas valve/regulator so the conversion kit contains 4 spuds with the proper size orrifices.
  21. At the end of Moodie drive, there is a short walk to the ottawa river.I used to catch pike and bass there, but bass is still closed there. You may get some catfish there too. Dows lake mite get you some pike, perch and crappie, and then Billings Bridge is always good for pike and bass, and people have actually caught muskie from there. The bronson bridge will give you some walleye, probably nothing big though. If you had a boat, you could put it in at Shirleys Bay near Kanata on the ottawa river. Great walleye fishing out that way, or at least there used to be.
  22. Nice going Simon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very proud of you:clapping:
