  1. Also, fish are extremely sensitive to uv lite. The color red is only visible from 2-40 feet in clear water.Red may be percieved as an injured fish at these shalow depths, but red in the ultraviolte spectrum, is not red at all, but more of a grey to black color. Because of this sensitivity to UV,fish are able to detect prey or bait, more than 40 feet away, by silhouettes and reflections. UV lite can travel up to 2500 feet under water, while visible lite is absorbed within 40 feet.
  2. Not really. By examining the eye structure of fish ie. rods and cones, shapes and sizes, they can compare them to other animals, including man, and know extremely accurately, how and what fish see.
  3. Good one Skeets. NAW, my brother would most definately be a good Tourny Angler, but he just fishes for the pleasure. He has fished this lake so much, he can tell you what your looking at on Sonar, just by seeing where your boat is on the water.
  4. Hummmm....what d"ya think Skeets. Think we could be the next KVD'S ???
  5. Just love the fur !!! Reminds me of a little ape i met on my last trip to Madagascar.Stole my heart she did.....Sigh. Them Bass are bloody beautiful !!! Congrats Cudz Paul
  6. Phil.....get rid of that pic. I cant look at it with out coffee all over myself
  7. Musta smelled real bad everytime the siren went off . Skunks try to avoid humans as much as possible.I put a radio in my shed. Tuned it to an all news radio station, and the voices from the radio keeps them away now, 24 hours a day.
  8. DOESNT WORK!!!!!!!!!!TRUST ME, I TRIED!!!!!!!
  9. its my understanding that as long as you do not have more that your limit in the boat, you can c&r.
  10. It pays in the long run, to buy big name BBQ's.There are so many BBQ's sold by companies like Wallmart, Loblaws, and Costco, that LOOK really nice, but you cant get service or replacement parts for them. Napoleon and Vermont Castings are 2 of the best you can buy. I dont know how many times a day, i field calls from people looking to replace parts on 1 year old BBQTeck, and Life at Home BBQ's, and have to tell them, Sorry, No parts available for this brand.

  13. Considering microwaves are being used to transmit all sorts of radio frequencies, i doubt whether your kitchen M/W will make a big difference in the long run.we are being blasted 24 hours a day by microwaves of all sorts.
  14. Now thats a good testament to the quality of your baits, eh Mike?

  22. Why is the console, or control area of a boat on the RH or starboards side? Car steering controls are on the LH side, so you would figure that is the way they would configure a boat as well.
