I hear your pain....been there and done all that before! What gets me is when talking to the government....they tell you to fill in a form and send it in....snail mail at that!! It's not like the dont have this stuff already on oh...my tax returns, health card, drivers license, SIN, etc... Makes you wonder...

LOL...this was an awesome report!! Loved the play by play commentary of who the cup holder was and the banter going back and forth!! Wow...thanks for the size comparison....6'10"?? Holy crap!!! I top the charts at 5'8" on a good day...pushing a huge 160 pounds...LOL Great stuff...great pics...a great time. Thanks for the post and laughs as I eat my lunch here.

Sounds like a labour of love!! Lots of work, but to be up there, fixing up the cottage and getting some fishing in sounds like heaven to me!! Once again...great report and pics...I always enjoy reading them!

Wow...I really need to find another hobby....2000....I spend too much time on here....LOL. Thanks everyone, this place is rather addicting....I try to add insight or humour to my posts...and not just useless drivel. (Although I'm sure some of my posts were just that!!) I also think of it this way...if it wasn't for the great members and content on this board, I wouldn't be posting very often. I dont have a boat, but I hear that many of the Kawartha lakes do not get rough, and you can get some nice walleye in them....up to 5 or 6 pounds....maybe some of the Kawartha contingent can chime in here!

Hmmm...when I was a kid (under 10), I fished maybe 4 times a year...only at a friend of my parents cottage. Then when I was a teenager I fished maybe 2 times. In my 20's I fished one time. When I got married, bought a house and had a child we didn't fish at all until last year. Now, with our 15 year old being a built in babysitter, bly and I get out about 4 to 5 times a week...LOL

Wow...some nice numbers on the carp there! It's strange how they hit and dont hit...bly and I can fish...using the exact same setup and one of us will get all the action. Good job out there! Sorry to hear about the muskie opener for you...you'll have plenty of chances though!
