I asked this last year, and it seems that if you're say standing on a pier, you can have one line. Drop your canoe in the water 1 foot from where you were standing and two is ok...LOL

I second oldphart's sentiments. I've dealt with them two times recently and they have gone out of their way to make sure we were happy with the boat rental/launching. I was just there on Monday and he did mention that one of his boats had broken down the day before and that he had to go out and tow it back in...maybe you just hit them on a bad day. When I was launching there, he came right out and when he found out it was my first ever launch with a trailer, he helped me get the boat in the water...and helped out when my motor wouldn't start. Very friendly and chatty...I'll be giving them more business in the future for sure.

I already have an ultralight rod.... I emailed them asking if they have a walleye, pike and muskie version coming out soon. Will report back what I hear....

Great report and good on you for taking out the garbage. The last time bly and I did that I found a perfectly good fishing rod with about 3 inches off the top....quick tip repair and it's good as new!

Terry...I've tried lots ot those free trials....they all seem to work great, but I could do without the watermark on the finished video. Lots will only convert the first 10 seconds etc.

TJ....are you using XP? Try opening it in movie maker (supposed to come with XP) and then saving it as an .wmv file...at 768 to 1548 kb/s. If PM the download link, I can look at it when I get home from work if it's not fixed by then.

As much as it's old news to us, I have relatives who know I fish (but dont fish themselves) send me the same pictures all the time. It's easy to get tricked...and perfectly understandable.

Hey Steve! Great to hear from you again! Glad to hear the chamber worked for you. At least they've modernized them a little....they are not those lunker iron lungs from the 60's anymore. Keep on doin what you're doing and I'm sure I'll be seeing the steelhead reports from you soon. Continue to mend...you are a strong man....you are proof that things as horrible as cancer can be beaten.

When Fishindevil came out to help me get the motor ready for use, we noticed that the small washers on the lower unit screws were pretty much non-existant. A quick ride to the local marine shop and for just a few bucks we have 4....two new ones for the motor and 2 spares ones. Shawn ended up with a few spares himself.

Hey...that's all I need...I already lose my 7 foot one piece around the house...I'll get this one, put it in a "safe" place and never see it again....
