Good to see you again Dano... I'm sure you'll get a body lift in a few hours! Louis.. You do realize that being insured from two different companies for the same "function" leaves you pretty much SOL in a claim. Neither will want to pay out and will fight back and forth that you had alternate insurance... leaving you in deep do do until they sort it out after a few years. You'd better wear a sign during each outing stating which organization you are hunting/fishing under today. What organzation you are a "member" of when at a meeting etc.

Common complaint elsewhere... telemarketing to members that has been outsourced and members wanting to know what's happening to an estimated 4.5 million a year in membership fees.

Sorry Milty... but from your own post. That said I've never seen a picture of yours with the fish on the ground.. and that's a good thing. I see so many "purists" harp about how to treat fish.. no nets.. no this.. no that..and then they throw them on the ground to get a nice shot of their pin.. and a fish. Now lets get back to Cliff and Blys efforts and posting... I'm almost thinking that the OFC rules need added "No Steelheading Posts". They all go to hell in a handbasket this time of year.

Just wanted to publicly thank Scott for going out of his way... buying sale items on spec at CTC and offering them to OFC members at cost LESS his delivery expenses. I don't think Scott even ice fishes... but he went out and bought an ice shelter and an ice auger just in case someone here wanted them and couldn't locate in stock items in their area. Heck he even drove to Prescott, from Brockville, to shop for them! Scott went out of his way and delivered a 2 man ice shelter.... down into a dead end farm road out on the Carleton Place hwy...to my mothers/step-fathers ON EASTER SUNDAY ! I picked it up last night after coming out of Ottawa and brought it home today. It's guys like Scott that make OFC a great place to hang out and participate in. Thanks Scott ! Wayne

When it comes to Muskie....my Compre for trolling, St. Croix Premier for jerk baits, my "Spiel Special" Loomis for Bucktails and Petemania Muskie rods for new boat mates to use.
