  1. in musky hunter magazine their was an albino muskie over 40" caught in wisconsin it was in an issue from last year I'll post when I find which one. I was thinking it was the same fish till I saw the pic, the one in the magazine doesn't look similar
  2. win that boat and take me down there to the next one good luck man!!
  3. theres a best western on the outskirts of chatham heading towards the lighthouse, it would be my first choice. corner of richmond and bloomfield I believe
  4. eh houski to get large pics on the site I used a image hoster like photobucket or imageshack then just link them with the insert image, thats a beauty clear muskie whitemike!
  5. lol i was waiting for someone to catch on to that, parked the boat to catch the 2 smaller fish
  6. i know, couldnt of asked for better weather but I would have expected the muskie bite to be slower because of that
  7. Got home for thanksgiving weekend and took the boat out for some skis, I got 3 fish over 2 days all casting. My bro got big fish of the weekend trolling, paddle measured at 51" and very thick. Any estimates on the weight? Happens to be his first ski too lol My best wasn't taped but estimated at being a thick 42" My other buddy got a thick 43 or 44" as well but dono if he wants his pic up. The bite was on at the same time both days and weather was cooperative. Will be out again last week of Oct. and will hopefully update my first report! All fish released healthy. Djeep
  8. caught a pike this morning that had a worm hook through its snout, pike was thick and healthy and the hook was almost rusted out so it was clearly there for awhile.. however, a face full of trebles may interfere with its eating habits a bit more than a worm hook
  9. I have 2 revo sx's and both work great so my vote is for the sx but as everyone else mentioned, it's hard to go wrong with shimano but personally I wouldnt want anything less than the curado
  10. looks like a dragon compared to the pike i catch
  11. I've caught a bluegill and a perch at the same time on a floating #7 rapala, pretty weird
  12. the fuji definitaly excels outdoors, it also has the timed shooting if you're by yourself. congrats on the purchase.
  13. great report! on a side note, I have the fuji finepix and I couldnt ask for more for shooting fish pics. It's great for the underwater release vids too. If all you're using the camera for is fishing then I'd get the fuji, the store reps when I bought mine said the only improvement on the olympus is better image stabilization. I find the image stabilization on the fuji works great however.
  14. i get bass in the lower thames on xraps, never anything to call home about though lol.. its deeper and dirtier here imo lol
  15. good to see ya gave that new frog rod a test! caught a 4 pounder on my spro pop frog on a bay off st clair last week, exciting
  16. okay thanks for the heads up
  17. you could come to fleming college and take fish and wildlife tech(nician)/(ologist). Its a course that I'm currently enrolled in and if you're serious about your education you should be able to succeed. Unfortunately, there aren't that many jobs in this sector of the industry either.
  18. have any of the kawartha lakes thawed? I was thinking of trying for some pike since I'm in the area
