Got mine this morning! First time getting one, however I've only applied 3 times. I hunt in Zone 48.

I was fishing past the manitou islands if your leaving from North Bay. Yes it was! I like to keep my share of walleye to bring back for dinner, but you allways hear of how much better tasting the smaller ones are. Got some pictures, its weight and lenght, and back she went.

Its funny you mention that, cause I noticed the same thing looking at the pic. I hadn't noticed it until I uploaded it, but it did have a distinct white mark on its tail like usual.

Had an amazing weekend on Nipissing and caught a new personal best walleye. It measured 26" @ 6lbs We did really well fishing walleye in deep waters. Approx. 30-45 ft. on a good old jig and a worm. Also ran into alot of smallmouth once we drifted into 10-20 ft. None stop action all day long both sat & sun. I wish I had time to post more pics, but this is the one I'm stoked about.

I did mine over the internet and it was all said and done in about 45 min. Printed a temp card and got one in the mail a few weeks later. Didnt bother studying since once you register and pay, you can attempt it once a day for a year if you fail. But I did print out the study guide since there is alot of info to be learned.

I've allways looked at those from a fishing point of view, but allways just assumed the only thing it held was a few beavers. Is there a way into that lake, or will I have to drag the canoe from the hwy. There is also another two lakes not far at all call twin lakes. Coming into North Bay on Hwy 17.

I know fisherman don't like to give away their fishing holes, but I figured I'd ask anyway. I'm not fortunate enought to have a boat/motor (yet) but I do have a nice 16 ft canoe. Can anyone suggest a few good places to take the canoe out and catch some fish. I've been up the lavase a few times, but the fishing wasn't the best. I've tried Circle Lake, dead in the middle of North Bay, to my surprise, I caught several small pike and even a few largemouth bass. Any other good areas? Does anyone know if Four Mile Lake holds anything? Thanks

Well I've been reading this topic since it started and I was very curious what I could find at my dollar store. It didnt have as good as a selection as other. No cranks or topwaters...

Its been going around the net for a while now...I'm pretty sure is legit...

Instead of hauling it with a trailer, why not mount it to the top of your car?

I'm amazed at what the dollar store can produce and sell for $1. These lures prob wont last half the time others do with paint chips and have weak rings and hooks, but for $1, who can complain. I just hope its mass produced using machines and robots, and not a shack full of children from some 3rd world country doing all the work for a penny a day.

A friend of mine launches his 2000lbs bowrider with an old ass mini van. lol I think you should be good. It all depends on the quality of the boat launch. You might run into difficulty when your launch is very sandy and loose.

Yeah, nice fish! Canoe is pretty cool too! Those high seats make me think it would be top heavy and very wobbly? Correct me if I am wrong!

Well...I'm still alive. I went to see a doc at a local clinic and he didnt seemed too concerned, but that didnt surprise me. By the time I had gone to see him, the red dots had faded and didnt seem as bad. He told me to go buy benadryl or reatin and sleep on it. I woke up this morning with still no pain or swelling to my hand and all the spots are almost completely gone as well as any redness. But I am feeling quite a bit of joint pain and general weakness throughout my body. Could this be from the meds?

I'm just glad I don't break out like this when I eat fish as well.....lol

The first thing I did when I got back that night was to put some antibiotic cream on it. And I do not have anything at home for the itch. Going out soon to have it looked at.
