id be more worried about black flies during may-june

plan for the worst,hope for the best mosquito netting and thermacell are your friends... the only time i havent had bugs was last may 30-june 6.ice out lakers in white river...there wasnt a bug,not one,but ice went off the lake 11 days before....rare instance,but man was it nice!

it has to be strong enought to handle lake trout,its for specks and lakers

hey everyone,... i dont do a lot of fly fishing,but i do a few trips a year and would love to have a quality fly combo,but carrying a 9' rod through the bush is not fun.id like a 4-6 piece kit with line,backing and a few flies..preferrably both floating and sinking line.... i remember seeing a nice kit a few years ago,but i forget the name.does anyone know of a good travel combo kit?

do a lot of perch fishing on simcoe,had my 2 lb test spooled many times by mystery lunkers...but ive landed a 14 lb laker and a 9 pound whitie!
