I'm not sure Joe, they're actually for a friend of mine, since blowing out my knee a few years ago, my climbing days are over....I think he has a tree out back he wants to trim, and figured he might need them later on down the road...lol Maureen

I'm looking for climbing gaffs and stirups specificlly, I tried searching on google and canada411 but all I found were places in the states. I figured there'd be a place in the Lindsay/Peterborough area but couldn't find one online. Can anyone here help me? Thanks Maureen

Well I spoke to Dave today and he told me that he and Beans were at it again today for a while, but the wind was blowing them over...those who know them know it must have been one heck of a wind to do that . They apparently had another successful day of catching and were settling down to make dinner for the women....I think Maureen

Hey GBW I bought my friends boys each a spinning set up, the older was 6 and the younger 4, they can both use it, but the older one took to it right away and loves it. They have both tried the spincasters but neither one liked them...I say go for the spinning reel, kids can surprise you....just be a patient teacher Maureen

They know when opening day is, once it comes there won't be one around that's how it seems here...keep dodging them on the road but when the season opens I meet very few hunters who have had success.... Maureen

Hey Cliff, I just switched to Primus...well as of the 15th I will have, no muss no fuss.....now I need a new internet provider....and thinking of switching my sattelite as well...not sure if I like Star Choice any better than Express Vu though Maureen

there's more to the story, the group were out there puddle jumping, they had the boat to help pull the sled out if it went in the water or got stuck....they told the cops once they got the sled out and running again....they'd be back at it....so no it was not a good deed, it was poor planning added to a really stupid stunt..... Thanks Wayne, I tried to look up local complaints but found none, all the complaints I found were in the States with one exception. I'll ask more from the Insurance company after he comes in and determines all that needs to be done. I hope to be able to stay here during the work period, but again will make that decision when I know more. Maureen

The insurance adjuster just left, said they will approve my claim for water damage due to a leaking roof. They weren't able to figure out where the water came in, ie: it's not obvious...they figure ice damning. They are sending out a guy from Service Master in Midland to take a closer look and dertime the full damage. The adjuster indicated that they may want to relocate me for the work as he feels it will be extensive. With the dogs and cats this could prove difficult to say the least. I'm just wondering if anyone here has any experience with these guys, and anything good or bad about them.... Thanks Maureen

That is why I have for the last 10 yrs fed my animals raw food....but to each their own....oh and don't forget, the vets learn animal nutrition from reps at the pet food compnaies, and it's a very small portion of their schooling.... Maureen

I feed my dogs and cats, raw food, healthier and cheaper all around.... Maureen
