  9. Anyone point me in the right direction of a few lakes that might be iced up enough to walk on around boxing day in this area myother half's family are down there all hunters no fishermen. And with no experiance down there i have no idea where to start. Id love to be into some whities and lakers but i dont think there are any down there so i will settle for targeting toothy creatures like pike , walleye. And if all else fails perch. I would think bieng a fair bit north of southern ontairo some smaller waterbodys will be iced but maby thats just wishfull thinking this year.

  12. Yea there not here alright tell that to my brother inlaw who shot one who was in the tree above his childs playset 4years ago outside of smith falls. This one had a pink collar on and others have bin spotted with blue ones. He called the mnr to come get her they said they dont exist here. He said he shot one. They said thats against the law. He replied with but i thought they dont exist. Its just like the timberwolfs that "dont exist" in the ottawa valley tell that to the one i hit with my truck. The goverment just dosent want to pay for lost livestock. I have pics of 10cm cat tracks just outside of barrie i took this year when i get to my computer i will post them
  13. I like near the park not in it..in most cases you will still need a canoe. Meps, blue fox, ect are my favourites

  15. I dump them up north when interior camping they sink. Deep water. A few fish here and there is better than bears all over my campsite.. At a cottage i would think there is a better solution.. Bury them.
  16. I just read my post and wanted to clarify that my dad and my uncles that have put in 25plus years at gm and i respect them for all there hard work. It wasent a knock.
  17. Great news man.. Im verry mecanicly inclined my whole fam. Works for gm in oshawa. Best advice i ever got was "get into sales there the last to be let go" witnessing lay off after strike after layoff my whole childhood i got into sales. But seriously great news man. I interview people evry week and ask them if advancement is something that intrests them and it still blows my mind when they say no! Even after a thousand of them. Theres not enough "go getters" in this world.
