nice! I'll go camping near Port Franks on Huron for about a week, will try some fishing on the big lake, see if i can get in to some smallmouth or something...

So, this week i will be camping around Port Franks. I intend to go fishing for small-mouth bass on the Huron; few years ago I saw an article on Ontario out of doors about samllie fishing in that area, if someone has some tips for that area you can PM me and hopefully I will return with a nice report. Thanks!

Nice report Julie, I went on Saturday with my buddy on Rice had a very good day on walleye, 8 in total,trolled for a while and then ripped some bucktail jigs right on the edge of the weed beds.

awesome walleyes, Simon. i went Saturday with my buddy, ifish4real on Rice and we managed a few walleyes too. Was a little challenging to find the weeds line but after that we had a great day.
