i was thinking the same thing but i suppose there is a price to pay for diligence to the safety of the rest of the kids that go to school with these kids ...the good kids dont get run over in the parking lot if the high kids dont make it back to school "high" cuz they are incarcerated in the same respect i dont disagree with Zikii either...and BB seniors get a discount for respect of a life long commitment to taxes...coupon clippers well they work for the coupon ..cut it deliver it to save a penny...so based on your thinking ...a retired servant of the public that has a coupon should have a free ride??? i disagree..

its not that they are tame ...its that they arent afraid....but if you are standing in front of one and you notice the twitching ear as the animal is looking at you and grinding his teeth ...raise your hands with whatever you have to create a "taller than him" illusion and scream at it (chances are he will back up)...unless he actually engages into you with his antlers and feels presure back to him...he will stop his charge after about 5 strides to you ....its wise to carry a long stick for defense should you get cornered...but then again ...youll have a weapon to eliminate the target ... i should also state that the same applies for a cow but watch out for their hooves....they will cut you like no tomorrow...

and this ...ladies and gentlemen... is why we have the court system...it does seem a bit extreme to pull a gun to confront a couple of kids..but maybe they did something to warrant his action (not saying this is the case)...but we dont know ...sometimes horseplay can be taken out of context..who knows his reasons for pulling a gun ...we weren't there...but the young lad that started this post said he wasnt going to exercise his rights or time investment in stopping this rouge cop (if indeed he is one) Winternet is in full bloom ...can ya smell it???

you chances are easier to purchase some as opposed to hunt it yourself..check Canadian Venison Purveyors...there are still farms around but not as many as years gone by ..most of the farmers sell directly to the public (used to anyways) Nuhn Farms is a great place to start...Seaforth area

ive been a ethical/moral and safe hunter entire life... and as a hunter you bait deer???? hmmmm interesting...i have never baited a target once...not even buck urine I dont want to step on this thread but i think you should do a refresher on your Ontario Hunters Safety Course...

sorry but im not understanding your statement ....why would you want to scare something away from you if your not scared? Especially while your hunting ??? weapons are designed to hit targets....not scare them ...

a Co2 horn will scare off a bear too or even quieter some pepper/bear spray then you wouldnt have ruined your hunting ...just saying ...a chainsaw is scary too when its waved around recklessly...but its intentions are for cutting wood ....like a weapons intention are for eliminating a target...eloquently speaking of course and if this target doesnt correct itself....simply put ...you eliminate it ! you are correct ...he could have saved the trouble of walking back to the area in question to avoid the confrontation all together with a 30-06 or even a 338...and the weapons would have servered its intended purpose it scares me to think there are hunters out there discharging their weapons everytime they get scared

i dont think it will get locked on the account of Terry or Big Cliff...both are respected people of this forum..and can carry on a educated debate

The only time you pull the trigger is with the intent on hitting and destroying your target...now in my mind he is either a real bad shot or misused a firearm for its intent...but since he hit them i guess his shot isnt that bad and im going to have to think he is getting off real lightly....i wonder if the two fishermen got charged with trespassing or if getting peppered with buck shot was enough punishment?
