  1. Most that I can find online at the "big guys stores" are 12 G so 13 AMP but as long as I don't burn out the unit or the cord I'll see if I can find me a 100' 10 or 12G one to be safe and not go down to a 14g at all. Cheers JB and Art!

I have one of these I use out @ the cabin to run my power tools off the generator.

Not cheap but it works very well with even high draw tools like my saws or compressor.

  2. Been working on rebuilding my laker trolling stick over the holidays.

It was beginning to show it's age and needed a refresh.

Stripped it down to the bare blank and built me a sexy looking handle.

Just finished installing it last night. :)

Still have to install guides and do a cool looking butt wrap but have tons of time before the ice goes out. ;)

  3. Don't upgrade the trailer to brakes but rather upgrade the brakes on the RAV4 instead.

Carbon Metallic pads and slotted calipers all the way around if the RAV has rear disc brakes. This can be done yourself over a weekend.

Try Rockauto.com for all your brake parts.

This will make your RAV stop much better with or without the boat on.

I have done this on my last two vehicles the results are amazing...........However, since your vehicle is not considered a tow vehicle you have to settle for a ceramic metallic pad for the best stopping power.

This would be your best choice for pads front and rear....

And this would be your best rotors to go with......

Better yet go with EBC pads and rotors.

    Check out brake selector chart.

The links below are for the suggested pads and rotors for this group of vehicles: SUV, 4x4 and light truck maximum stopping for towing and loads etc.
