  1. I have the handle with me, JUST encase. Just undo the butterfly bolt, remove and put the handle on. I leave the second battery at home. Have yet to have a need for it. Like I said, I left the auger outside on Saturday. when I got home, put the battery on the charger. would not charge as it was still at full cap. I think Terry was using his dewalt with the 8". Not sure what he thought of it. I know the 6" was a piece of cake when I started with the dewalt 18. With the xrp battery packs though.

    Better try it again.

When my lithium ion batteries are left in the cold they won't charge either until they warm up.

Same happens if they are too warm after use.

  2. Thanks guys. I checked the costco web site as my dad has a card and I can get him to order it BUT sadly nothing online came back other than 100' unit. He's going to have a look next time he's Peterborough going to costco to pick up his pills. I did check and the 50' will cover my whole driveway. Next decent weather day I'm going to add another outlet to the inside of the garage close to the door so I can use that. I know there would be zero other items drawing power as that is all new lines on a new breaker too.

CT has this 12 gauge 50 footer on @ 45% off this week.

$46 here in Yellowknife. Cheaper down there. ;)

Haven't even gone out yet this winter.

Trying to figure out how I'm going to get my materials up to the cabin this year.

Got all of 4" of snow in the bush. My sled doesn't like riding on rocks!!! :(

we probably have close to 2 feet of ice by now though, Been pretty warm so far this year.

Looking like I'm going to have to move snow off the lake onto my trail to get a good base.

You know where I can get one of those snow making machines they use @ the ski resorts cheap? :whistling:
