Of course I remember Pete & Geets. Been listening since they started broadcasting out of the old farm house in Brampton. I used to work a Friday night show @ RPM with Chris Sheppard, The Live Earl Jive and Beverly Hills back in the day too. Yes, it certainly isn't what it was but at least Allan Cross is still around.

Yep, they are made in China with cheap exploding Chinese steel!!!
-
The company is Chinese. There won't be any bailout from North American govts.

I think the biggest difference is that he will sit the free loaders rather than play them if they continue to be free loaders. I know I would if it were my job. First you sit on the bench a bit if you're not giving 110% then if no improvement you get to sit in the stands until you get the point!!!

I just want to congratulate you Matt on your team winning the Stanley Cup again this year. You must be very proud!!!!

NAH they just didn't pony up a good enough deal. They offered the same $$$$ as TO but over a 10 year contract. Toronto: $6,250,000/year Barfalo: $5,000,000/year

It does if you pair it with your phone and stream from your favorite stations web site. Actually works better than a radio. I stream CFNY 102 here and I know my radio can't pick it up from 5,500kms away!!

Yep, mine is on the list of recalled vehicles in the US. Doesn't show up on the Canadian recall list though. Going to have to call them up.

When I calculated your boat I used 1000# hull weight, 20 gallons of fuel, and 500#'s of people & supplies. You may need to adjust depending on your particular setup.

Could it be? :fingers crossed: http://www.cbc.ca/sports/hockey/nhl/mike-babcock-watch-detroit-buffalo-reportedly-out-1.3080520 The Detroit Red Wings and Buffalo Sabres are reportedly out of the running to land head coach Mike Babcock, who is expected to decide his destination today. https://twitter.com/TSNAaronWard/status/601066174663659522 https://twitter.com/TSNBobMcKenzie Toronto is now widely believed to be the most likely landing spot for the respected coach, with San Jose another possibility. Babcock, 52, is still under contract with the Red Wings through June 30, but Detroit granted him permission to speak with other teams and will receive a third-round draft pick as compensation if he departs. Babcock was reportedly in Buffalo on Tuesday for a second round of talks. Sabres owner Terry Pegula has deep pockets, but the team is in the midst of a massive rebuilding project and finished with the worst record in the league this season. Toronto may also be considering an overhaul after missing the playoffs for the second straight year despite the presence of talented offensive players like Phil Kessel and James van Riemsdyk. Babcock's teams made the playoffs in each of his 10 seasons with Detroit, and he won the Stanley Cup in 2008. He also guided Canada to Olympic gold in 2010 and 2014.

Way too much prop by the sounds of things. WOT on those Mercury 4 strokes should be between 5500-6000 RPM. Look @ the prop and let us know what the info on it is. According to my guesstimation on the Merc prop selector these would be the best options for your boat. I would suggest one of the 4 blade aluminium spitfire props. Not expensive and great performance. https://www.mercurymarine.com/en/ca/propellers/selector/#/step-one

All the really large Grayling I and my guests have caught over the years come from specific spots with an onshore wind and 2' plus waves. Some of my best laker fishing comes with 1-3 foot waves as well. When the wind drops the fish go deep and it's not as much fun.

Yup!!! 1/2 the time I can park in a spot where my trailer is in the water far enough that I launch and load from my parking spot. I just leave it in the water for days at a time.
-
There is ice, that is all!!!! On a positive note, I should be able to hit some nice open water on our smaller lakes next weekend.
-
Make sure the trim adjustment pin is not missing. Also raise it a hole at a time to get the nose up out of the water.
-
Use heat shrinkable crimp connectors. They are totally waterproof when sealed. They have them @ my Canadian Tire here. There is hot melt glue on the inside of the heat shrink tube to seal the connection.
-
Same on my boat as well. Came that way from the manufacturer.
-
You can spend $450 when you purchase the motor or buy it without and then if you decide "man I should have got the power trim" you can buy aftermarket power trim for $600 US!!!
-
Depending on what glue they used you may be able to get by with just the scraper I suggested. That is all I used, but I did replace with carpet and any slight imperfections were not noticeable. I would go with the scraper and if you need to get it smoother try the acetone or other glue removing liquids or a wire wheel on a drill to get it smooth enough for your liking.

GO BOLTS!!!!

Never had an issue with any of my Honda's. Some had well over 300,000 kms on them.
-
Yep, one of the first things to go on GM pickups are the fancy hub/bearing combos.
-
You are correct Dan. Missed that it wasn't a momentary switch.
-
The switch you want is a double pole, double throw, center off switch. http://www.ebay.com/itm/30-Amp-Double-Pole-3-Position-On-Off-On-Rocker-Switch/400079076572?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D30542%26meid%3Deb28280fb0334deeac56b789c83f0a3a%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D7620487945&rt=nc

Those hubs/axels are awesome!!! The only thing better is the oil bath hubs.
