it's a Marcum VS825C and it is hard to fish while playing with it but it sure is fun to see fish on the finder lower the camera and tell they are sunfish I can't believe how many sunfish and carp are in cooks bay

I have been trying to record underwater video trial and error well more error then trial I have a recorder and it is a problem getting everything to work together on this video you can see some fish, but I need to record in a higher quality, converting the file also seems to lower the quality I can't tell what the recorder is doing so if I push the wrong button it doesn't record today I missed most of the fish I could add a monitor but it's one more thing I would need on my boat and I am running out of room, I see the camera on it's monitor and it's picture is much better then what I get on the recorder, I will pkay some more it was pretty windy so I was moving along at a pretty good clip and catching some weeds on the camera... I was in 18 to 24 ft of water.. not very good but I am working on it..oh the end video is just so you can watch something till the song ends it's hard to fish when you are playing with a camera here is just some more perch you can see the schools of them coming through

I still wonder as they say a picture say a thousand words to me it looks like the rod and net is on the far side of the boat and the rods are set nicely away not on the shore side if you ran up on a shoal and stepped out in shallow water how did the prop survive being down everyone I know puts the motor up as soon as they get close to shoals and seeing it was shallow enough to step out and fight a fsh the motor should be up and the boat is along the shore not nosed into a shoal... but that is just what the picture suggest, the truth..well who knows.... the guys complaining were just going by what they saw......right or wrong they were trying to protect the fish they love

it's been a while I put in on the other side of the lake but 0n highway 35 first road north of the canal between balsam and cameron turn left and left back to the canal, it is almost under the bridge I think it might be coldsteam st to bridge st but don't hold me to it

I tried to use my digital camera to record my underwater camera, but I didn't have much luck, I could see the screen fine but the digital cam just had a hard time seeing it also the screen on my digi camera was hard to see in the sun, so I just couldn't see what I was doing but I could see it fine and the weeds and the fish I was moving with the electric motor in 18 to 30 ft of water I saw lots of fish on my fishfinder and thought they would be perch but almost all of them were sunfish in 22ft of water I saw a bunch of small carp but couldn't get a picture of it next time I will hook up a recorder to it

right at rosedale there is a free launch to balsam, with lots of parking

your story sounds believable and I can see someone doing that but I have to say I think if the MNR saw you on shore with a muskie and your boat, they would charge you no matter what you said...... it is something to think about
