I don't hunt bear, because I don't like the taste.. but I do think we need more culling of bears..we need the numbers lowered I have never baited for bear and I can see how it bothers some, but do you bait for fish, whether live bait or artificial you are baiting for fish if you hunt deer in a orchard is that not the same as baiting if you hunt moose where they have recently cut down trees and have piles of branches is that not the same you hunt turkey in the mrning so when they come out of the trees to eat you can shoot them , is calling them in with a turkey call not baiting them.. waiting for a bear to reach up to get the bait may not be the most sporting way of hunting, but in the end dead is dead

I would implement a rod registry like the gun registry.....just for a money grab oh and it would get the unlicensed rods off the streets and I would lower the limit on rice Lake to 50 from 300 say hello to the spring bear hunt...... and 50 fish limit for bass on some northern lakes where the non native bass are pushing out the walleye and I would change the name back to pickerel.. so there...LOL

I know people that have won thousands of dollars in tourneys fishing docks..on some lakes it is the best structure on some lake the only structure on the lake..and crappie it's the number on place to catch them in the spring........what do you like to fish, rivers maybe....lots of people don't like everyone on the rivers fishing, why no wait till the fish make it to the lake and fish it there after all do you really need to walk the river for steelies and browns and .the others ..I am kidding.. but same thing in my eyes......

well if truth be known, there are always 3 sides to every story...yours, his and the truth...LOL I agree with what you say, however I have had on or then one occasion when I was fishing an empty dock the owners run down to the dock yelling and making noise and trying to get their dog or kids to jump in the water to stop the evil fisherman from raping the fish that hang near his god given dock.. in over 30 years of flipping I have never chipped a boat on a dock or left a hook behind..however I have caught a dock but always stop and remove the hook

you have the right to fish there, however in most cases the cops will not help you I was fishing a marina on the BOQ. the owner told us to leave, I told him I had every right to be there.. cops showed I and after much arguing..bottom line cops said if I didn't leave immediately he would charge me.. I left..got all the paperwork to show I had the right, went to the cop shop got the cop there showed him and he said he didn't care one bit..'he said it's his job to diffuse a situation and he didn't care who was right or wrong... you can't win
