your mistake was stating "Bill's right in saying he has a 24V charger" had you said 12/24 I could except that, but one has to know it means 12v x2 for a 24v system

grimsbylander, I disagree with you definition it is a 2 bank 12v charger not a 24v charger in anyway or one would tend to assure it would charge a 24v battery its sole purpose is to charge 12v batteries and they do not gave to be in series you can hook one up to your deepcycle and one up to you starter battery.......

i must say I have never seen one call itself a 24v charger , when it's a 2 bank charger @ 12v per bank nor 36v for a 12v 3 bank charger

i have never removed the link and never found any problems however unplugging the trolling motor doesn't hurt

so it's a one bank charger I take it if so just charge one at a time you don' t need to disconnect anything

seems everyone just started calling me it and it stuck from the day I was born

I use my oars as rudders not as much as they do but to counter the effects of side wind or waves and to just make it a more stable\strait ride most times i just use my flipper to steer

I had to argue with them, because my wife was in the boat without a license and I had 6 rods out fishing bass she was not fishing he said the equipment was there to use , so she could be charged I said she was going to charge him with attempted rape after all he has the equipment.........he did not see the humor but he insisted I could only have one rod out per license .... no charges..of course some of them don't know their own laws
