    no launch at the spot I go and they only charge angler anyone else can park for free and you can't smoke while fishing, Essa considers it all parkland

    yeah seems a lot of people miss the point, many groups use this area but only anglers are targeted if it was a fee to access their park areas and everyone had to pay , then I don't have a problem

    some areas you can't keep fish in the slot, so if you don't pinch the tail you would be breaking the law....... either way I pinch the tail and if it's even close I let it go
