IMO you should not ground wiring on a boat, in the real meaning of grounding (do not use the boat as a ground)all DC voltage should be isolated from the boat you could/ should have a - (grounding block) near the fuses if not run a - wire to the battery but if you gave a fuse block there has to be a wire for the negative wire
