The coldest I went fishing in is -35C and no shelter froze a couple of toes on each foot.... had to build a fire on ice to thaw my toes.... That day I caught a 49" sturgeon... biggest to date for hard water. But now a days, I pick and choose the times I want to go. Leechman

A broadside shot thru the lungs and heart will down any size moose.... if you're close enough, the arrow will go thru the animal. They usually don't go too far before they drop.

Hey guys.... found an incredible bow hunting story in the Montreal journal today. This guy Real Langlois from Quebec is a bow hunter and hunts for moose in the Yukon.... the last 5 years been able to land trophy bulls..... was not able to get the electronic version and scanned the pics..... check it out..... incredible His web site is mentioned on the first pic and his 2008, measured 76" and when the drying time was over, was 75".... world record supposedly check it out The same one from his web site The journal calls him "l'homme panache" I wonder why Thought I'd share Leechman

Beats, another product you may want to try is Gulp Alive Fish Fry in white... been using it and very successfull with it. I use it on a micro jig. You can also buy it in chartreuse. Hope this helps Leechman

I know how you feel Beats, been skunked many times myself.... were you only using artificials? May be live bait could of triggered some type of response.... it sure was a nice day to be out, not too cold and no wind
