My opener - Finally Bass Season- Beware of Primates
Cudz replied to Cudz's topic in General Discussion
Yes. Hulkster was last year. I already have a good one for next year Same lake. The other boat also managed 7 walleye in one evening. I love that lake. I always do well there. Constant action if you throw the right lures in the right spots. Parade?? What parade are you talking about? Is there a Primate parade I should be aware of? I think Ford will be a great mayor. I grew the beard for 1 week. I then shave it in which takes about 15 minutes. After that it take 3 sessions of 40 minutes each to get the dye (some crazy bleach) to work. -
My opener - Finally Bass Season- Beware of Primates

That is the plan next time I do this. Shave a lemur in the hair on my head and have it turned so the tail is where my beard starts. this was the second time I grew this beard. If you look closely at the pics you will not that the beard where I am holding the fish is not the same as the pic of me with the beard but without the fish. -

Wow are you serious. It takes a real man to wear that out in public. Are you man enough? -
nice job. Hard taking pics of self with fish isn't it.

Boys weekend. Same lake as the last 4 years. Got out early on Sat morning and did well. Caught lots of little largies on the frog and some nice little smallies on a senko. Caught a bunch of pike but nothing big, just 3 pounders. They really tear up my frogs and destroy my slammers on the drop shot and love tubes. Drop shotting with 8 pound fluoro is the worse method for catching pike (actually it works great to catch them, it is the landing that is difficult). lol. Caught a really really really strong 3.76 pound smallie. What a fight. I always find that smallies in the 3-3.5 pound range are way more dificult to land than 5-6 pounders. THey are really athletic and nuts. Caught a really big largie as well. The pics don't do it justice and because I was by myself and forgot my camera I had to use my cell phone. The largie is big and I weighed it. I won't comment on its weight because I don't need the naysayers trying to tell me it isn't what I know it is. It wasn't long but it was really thick And in case you were wondering, I am sporting a monkey tail beard in the pics (actually a ring-tailed lemur to be exact). This is the second time I have had it. It is sweet. lol Little largie Nice little pike. Lots of these this weekend Little smallie. caught a bunch in this size Big smallie. 3.76 pounds. I guess this is why they are called black bass Tied my canadian PB largie with this fish Check out his bug eyes And of course the ring tailed lemur. One half of my face is completely shaved and the other has the monkey tail.

4 fours will always beat 5 threes. Not as many but often bigger with the big baits. That is a big fat smallie for this time of year. Was the pic taken a few weeks ago? Maybe she had not spawned yet?? odd. Nice fish though.

Yes they had a bunch but only one auto inflate left and it was a mustang belt.

I went to pick up an impeller for my little kicker today at Sandy Cove Marine and Everything (except for boats) is on sale for 40% off. They are in receivership. Still lots of sweet stuff there. Definately worth a trip or phone call if you need a prop as they have hundreds. New props and hubs for under $100. If anyone was looking for a new fishfinder they had one 596c hd di left. Reg price there is 699 so you can get it for about $413. I know the regular price was a bit high but that unit at bps in the states is still $550. Sad times for the Sandy Cove. Maybe it was just too big. Anyway, If you need a tube or a decent wakeboard you can get some pretty good deals.

yep. true that

try around strawberry. You are looking for the same kind of structure as thorah. Rocks with deeperwater nearby and small clumps of weedbeds randomly placed in sandier locations. I know that was pretty vague but

That was the first thing I noticed but did not want to offend anyone here so I did not mention it. Can't say that I am really surprised. PS, anyone in angus missing a couple seats from their volvo? I know where they are. What do you think Bill? Are those boys fishin on the Notty or is that the Pine? I hope they don't put that thing in the river, How do you get back to shore?
-
My guess is they are there somewhere. I doubt you would have a fine luxury item without at least one beer oops cup holder. Check the cinder block. Holds drinks no probs. Looks like a large Tim's coffee fits nicely in the block (anchor)

A new floating dock is available now for those of you wishing to expand your current dock or if you don't yet have one. You need this. Is this the Rolls Royce of docks? (nope it is the volvo) http://barrie.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-boats-watercraft-other-Floating-Dock-W0QQAdIdZ234129096

Very cool. Our family car from 1970 - 1978 was a Dart swinger with a 340. My dad used to drag race it on the weekends and my mom would drive it to work. lol. Poor lady. Sold it in 1978 for $1500 Would love to see the pics Brian.

Dart was faster. 1969 Plexi windows, fiberglass front, bare bones with a 426. Demon what?
-
That is insane! I don't even own a car like that and I would probably sort someone out for doing that to such awesome cars. I can't believe someone would do tht intentionally. Maybe that is why that Rat Rod fad was so popular. No worries aboutsratching the rusted matt paint jobs.

Is it a wednesday thing or a one off?

Nice. When was this? I am a car junkie. I never even heard about it. I have a few friends wth some classic. I am not a ford guy but that fairlane or galaxie with the 427 is beast. I had a neighbour with an originalfalcon with a 427 and that teardrop hood. It was a serious ride. That dart is clean but what is up with the vinyl top and flowers. I have never seen that before. I hear you Wayne. When my kids are at the shows I take them aside and tell them 30 tims not to touch anything. Do not even go near the cars. If they want to look inside I lift each one up so they can have a look.

Out-muscled and out-hustled!

And that is what happens when you rely on European players to lead youto the promised land. Two of the best scoring players in the league this year combin for 5 points in 7 games. Disgraceful!!! Great job by Boston. Grinded their way to the championship. Fun to watch and I was cheering for them tonight. woohoo!

Hey Rob I have been looking at new cars lately and from the dealer there is not much movement on price these days. IF it is a new car you are looking at, you can usually get a couple things thrown in for free. For example: At the volks dealership I was offered a 3m clear front protector film and a trailer hitch installed. I think they can swing those things easier. What car you looking at? Is it new? Last month a new Sonata (nice looking car) with lots of options was on for 0% finance for 72 months.
