One of my fav, burning/boiling them over deep weeds Phil. Reaction bait.Many hits will come in the first 3-5 ft of your retreve. My go to is Stanly,silver/brass willow with a white skirt. I also add a yum trailer. I seldom use a stinger,unless they are short stiking the bait. I find it hard to find the original baits.The new ones Im not to fussy on. If I have to make a second choice,booya. Also give the chatter baits a try Paul. They are killer. Last thing I can recommend is,dont be afraid to go with 30 pd power pro. Like I said,IMO,this bait is a reaction bait. They don,t care about the line. Have fun.

Im trying to figure out where I can fish carp around here. I know theres some in the Barrie marina,but it,s a P3TA dealing with the robcops. May need to make plans to visit my ole friend Beans.

Steve, you get into some great fish and you are a great young fisherman. Myself,I would like to hear commentary instead of the music. Like what you are looking for,tips,baits,setups and so on, during your vid. Your obvisouly not worried about where you are fishing. And no, I don,t care where. JMO

I hear ya Mike. I got several this morning,wee ones. I walked and walked. Some real beautiful water.So many log jams to fish (and lose tackle ) After today,Im thinking I want to try fly fishing. There was some kind of hatch today,and I seen many fish surfase.I tried keeping the spin bait on the surface,but no takers. One spot,I sat and just watched the water. The action was crazy. Wish I had a fly.
