Pete,Im surprised theres not a stamped shell size on the barrels of the O/U. Im thinking it,s 2 3/4. The one I had was Modified. No screw in chokes.

Seen this post this morning and I too was wondering when they,ll be popping up. I,ll be out this Sunday along the rivers edge, a stretch where I get all mine. Something tells me they are a week or two away. Love me fresh fiddles. Did a quick search on these so called Dryadss. I have seen them. But before I eat them,I will post a pic to be sure they are Dryadss..

Thanks for asking this question Mike. I am going to try lead core this year out on simcoe. I have a spool of the Cortland Kerplunk. Does it matter what test of floro I use for this turtle? Also thank you for posting,as I had no idea which knot to tie. Are there others?

I just heard this today Nick on the way home from work. 92 YOA. Nice I read the Owl Family when I was young. I wasnt much of a reader,but that book kept me glued to it. I still remember the one passage about trying to climb the tree wearing a straw hat and was attacked by the owl.LOL. RIP Sir.
