  4. I didnt either. Still would be a cheap shot. Let the two fight it out. I never stepped in for a buddy no matter if he was losing or winning. They wanna go at it, let them go. Buddy grabbed batista and took him away. Never threw a punch at him. Just tried to settle things down. Smart move IMO. Now if he cracked him too, then it,s a free for all, but he didnt. I give that guy credit.
  5. That would be a CHEAP SHOT where I come from. Maybe your into that.

Now thats funny right there. LOL Great shot. Always like to see facial expressions Might be saying, do you mind,,,,,,,,,,,,,piss off.LOL
  10. Just do it right. These guys know. I would IMO, fill the lugs with solder then push the wire in, then crimp when it,s cooled off. Liquid tape or rubber seal tape is good insurance. It,s what I have done many times at work and holds well with no fraying. Then again, I do this with wires that are always moving. DO IT RIGHT , DONT CHEAP OUT.
  11. Taking a page from M&M Meats.LOL Dont laugh, they get them in with this kind of coupon.

  15. Rick, remember that day you came up? Well same thing, and same fish Im sure. Maybe a few pounds added Im sure.LOL
  16. I hope you got a pic atleast, of that second one before the hook got pulled. Man, still kicking myself for horseing it. Should know better.
  17. No matter what was called for, we were not going to miss the opener here on Simcoe. Bay was calm at 5am,wind was nada. Not sure what the weatherman was talking about. We hit a local spot first with nothing to show. The weather was still favorable, so we decided to bee line it to our spot of years past. Turned out to be a good move. Not 5 minutes in and fish was on. A bigg,n that would peel line and bull dog. Saddley, the hook was pulled. Back down and the same thing. Big fish on. After about 10 minutes, get the fish close enough to see and it,s a pig of a laker. It rolled and yup, popped the hook. This fish was easy the biggest we have ever had at the boat. Some choice words were shared. Noticed the treble was a bit on the small side, so swapped it out to a larger one. Seemed to be the ticket. Only 3 others got off,but 5 were landed. A couple of wet old byes by 11:30 and called it as the called weather finaly showed up. Great to get the battle back on. Thanks bud for another great day out on the Lady.
  18. Maybe a good helping of red beans and rice will help absorb it Art. That was one of my high lights of the pot luck. Dang those southern boys know how to cook up a good mess of that. Went well with that jerk chicken I introduced you to. I know Joe enjoyed that leg . Never knew that there was an oyster piece in a chicken leg before. Always think of you byes when I fork that piece out.
  19. Can anyone tell me WHY, my BACK rotors would be warped? After inspection, I was told they where slightly warped, but, everything was free moving. They quoted me $300 tax in, to re do the backs and clean/lube everything front and back , calipur slides lubed as well. I paused, said call you right back. Called my guy and he would do the same for $250. For $50 bucks and having to go get the truck, bring it to him, lose 2 hours pay, I had them do the work. I couldnt get an answer as to why this happen. The pads still had 8mm of material on them.I find it very strange, as the rears are secondary braking. RIGHT? First time having rotor on the back of a truck for me. Always had drums. I also have brake assit on this truck. On a incline, you push the brake pedal all the way down. The brakes will hold for a few seconds til I excelerate. Cool thing to have if you have a trailer behind ya. Anyways. It,s been done and thanks for all the replies guys. The shimming is gone when braking. I took a ride on the hwy and the brakes were norm.
  20. I believe they ,missed a whole day and night.LOL

  22. Lakair = ed, Being greeted by a hooters gal,but was told, she,s my wife. New friends made, and finally meet board members that were great.North and south, of the boarder. The meaning F F was revieled. Teabagging was painfull. Onezys were in style, for one member anyways. Fishing was good for some. Some came in with full stringers of eyes after dark. Huge moose/venison burgers, made on the RED X BBQ. Crawling to your tent after a good night of stories, singing. Keeping an eye on a member, so he wouldnt slip into the camp fire. Trip to the the hospital to get hooks removed. The pike tourny and pike feed after. Vitiam water for those that felt ill,or ill after.LOL Lakair =.s, some good times. Will be missed.
  23. I heard they play a game. How many eggs can you shake. That takes care of them so I heard.
  24. I had to go off course do to a large flock of them. They go in a straight line and thats it. And my god, they stink. I didnt see the numbers in past years, last year. Not sure why that was. I am seeing more maganzeers then anything, and they are also big fish eaters.
  25. Thanks for the heads up Dan.
