  1. Terry? LOL
  2. LOL you do know there the MNR office is right? 300 Water Street, Peterborough, Ontario, K9J 8M5 (705) 755-2000 (local) 1-800-667-1940 (toll free)
  3. so what if you are visiting a local and you 2 or 3 decide to get out on the ice for a bit. better make him drive I guess...
  4. if you do catch pike and not interested in it, walk over to the closest person on the ice and offer it to them so it's not going to go to waste.
  5. So Stoty, ya get one? I got the Fish TV unit this year. for those looking to get a battery to power the unit rather then 10 "C" batteries I found a place called Sayal Electronics. You can get a 12V 7AMP for $25. there rather then $40+ at CTC.
  6. check the coleman black cat, I have one and it works great
  7. if you read the fine print in my "signature" you can also see another site to make a signature. use photobucket for everything else.
  8. like mine (below this text)?
  9. Not sure why or when they chaged that because like I said. I renewed online mid month for 3-years and already have my new card.
  10. But you can renew and print out your proof while you want to get it in the mail...
  11. the lake we are on is just a bit N.E. of balsam and we have a good solid 6" of ice as of yesterday. It's not the size of balsam so a local would know better but I'm going to guess with this cold snap 4". DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, it's a guess with out going and testing...
  12. I did my online 3-year renewal back og the 15th or so and got my new card in the mail today. CX-9, call the MNR and or a local fishing store. to me CT is not a fishing retailer like BPS, LeBaron, Fishing World and so forth.
  13. I would be calling a place like (insert local fishing shop here) and asking them, not CTC. You can renew online as well...
  14. I sure hope my neighbour's don't see me when I'm out back "fixing" his BBQ...
  15. D'OH! Didn't see that part I was going to click the link but I'll order from the folks Terry told me about.
  16. care to share how you made it?
  17. It's all good Terry. I can wait (not to long though)...
  18. D'OH! you guys are quick as they are all spoken for... more to come in a week or so...
  19. Thanks guys. I'll give them a shout!
  20. Hey all. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a Mr. Heater Propane Tank Adapter to fill my 1LB tanks from my 20LB tank. I called BPS and was told that they do not sell it, yet it's on the web site... so if anyone can let me know where to pick 2 up in the GTA that would be great, thanks. Geoff
  21. the funny thing for me is, I was told to "go take the boat to the launch and meet your father" one day and it just hit me as to how to land the boat on the trailer. It didn't take long at all (as long as you are comfortable in the boat) and it should only take a few minutes. Trim, speed and wind is key. Not being afraid is the biggest thing...
  22. very cool, CHEERS!
  23. not a cool post... Brian is pointing out that the tracks can be from any dog (did you know he is a hunter )... Best bet for you has been posted and video tape the dog and use the video for you in the end...
  24. the lake we are on (close to Balsam) was making ice big time last night (crazy sounds and cracks). it was 6" thick on boxing day and prob another 1 or 1.5" thicker now but I didn't test it today. i was on it but didn't drill and check...
  25. AHHHHH HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I've got to get me one!
