Good idea on the extra line capacity. Now you can run whatever drag you want. I wouldn't run big drag on a dipsy with braid anyhow, you're just asking for problems.

You aren't going to turn a big chinnie like you will a muskie.. You brute force these fish and they'll bust off. More line capacity would be a good idea. I was out with another forum member last year and we had a fish rip off 500ft of line in no time.

I'll stick to Fireline Crystal on my spinning outfits.

Worst coffee in the entire province. Although I'm not surprised. Almost all the Timmys in Barrie are extremely consistent. Although I make my coffee at home and bring a travel mug in the car.

I can cast 1/4oz lures with my Calais no problem.. Dunno if I'd try an 1/8oz jig though. Definitely easier with a spinning setup.

Lower credit has a pretty good bass fishery from what I've heard.
