Frankie, I've called UPS after refusing to pay insane brokerage fee's and they've lowered them... If you get stuck getting an item shipped by UPS, refuse the package, call customer service, and complain.

Let's not even mention the brokerage UPS likes to bend you over for.. I never get stuff shipped here via UPS, always USPS.

I dunno man, pike aren't exactly picky fish. Perhaps you need something a bit smaller then 130lb flouro leaders, but to tell someone to go leaderless for pike is only going to donate lures to the back of the fishes throat, or to the bottom of the lake.

No, use the leader regardless. Pike aren't leader shy.

Nah, not a day trip, but I'd rather stay in the 5th wheel then pay a lodge I just looked up that little portage, dunno if they'd be willing to do that for non-guests or not.

Highlanders aren't known for their mileage, even the hybrids Other then that you're getting a bulletproof drivetrain, proven reliability, etc.. Very capable offroad as well (Depending on the options it's got)

I think the only time something like this is useful is if you're fishing frog water and you need the added weight in order to reach the fish.

I can't imagine the reel not being very similar, if not identical to a model offered over here.

You can do all your editing on Photobucket after the pic is uploaded.. Edit the photo and go crazy with the swirl tool.

If you are tossing really big stuff you might want to look into a 'Pike' taper as well. Dave Orr suggested this to me if I was tossing big streamers.
