  1. I lost a chrome shark a few weeks ago, what a piss off that was! LOL! Good job man! Looks like the big lake is definitely heating up.
  2. Pike tomorrow and some residents in the evening.
  3. How many times are the dealers told 'I'll be back tomorrow with a cheque' and that guy never shows up? Dealer should have asked for a deposit, if not the OP should have offered to put $500 down to hold the motor.
  4. 30 degrees and sunny? Not a good day to try and fish one of the most pressured systems in all of southern Ontario. It's tough fishing at the best of times... If you do go, bring your sunscreen
  5. This post must have the record amount of smiley faces in it
  6. NP man, I like fishing that place before the vegetation takes over, lol! Water is getting a bit warm anyhow..
  7. Wow that river has dropped since the last time I fished it..
  8. You give people way too much credit, lol.
  9. You really don't want to be targeting those fish, they are steelhead smolts... Let them get big before you put hooks into them..
  10. Mike, follow that link I gave ya, it will work.. If you can't get it to work, I'll DL it and email it to you, no worries.
  11. What can you do? You're pretty much outta luck. Any chance of finding another dealer?
  12. Also have a hydro map or you'll be donating bits and pieces of your lower unit/prop to the lake
  13. If that hour starts from the time you leave the dock, you'll be doing about 25mins of fishing... GroupOn and the rest of those deal sites have gone downhill.
  14. You should be playing most of the fish around here on the line anyhow
  15. I know a few old timers that still use WD40 on their worms.. I have a feeling it's more about getting rid of the human scent on the bait then it is adding anything else.
  16. Recently added a transom saver for the 115 Yami on the back of the Lund.
  17. It's really up to you, the odds are almost nil that you'll ever need a drag on that thing.. I personally like the reel being quiet.
  18. I don't know many people flying across the lake at 50mph with the motor trimmed out so far out it's off the hydraulic jacks in the back.
  19. All the reel does is hold line, I wouldn't waste your time stripping it all off to be honest. Especially doing the type of fishing you're doing. If you can, turn off the drag entirely. No need for it.
