  1. Dave, first thing the Dr asked me was why I wasn't fishing barbless (He's a fly fisherman from out west!) Thought that was pretty funny
  2. You sure that's from fishing? lol
  3. Router could definitely be the issue, I've seen it before. He should have enough bandwidth for sure, that's why I'm thinking hardware. Might need to upgrade to something like a Asus AC66/68U or a Trendnet AC1900 (This is what I run). I'd also setup a guest network (Which is basically like creating another VLAN) which will keep traffic separate.
  4. Upgrading your internet isn't going to do anything, it's your hardware that's the limiting factor here. GO into the DHCP client table and figure out how many unique devices are actually connecting to that network. Also, do you have them connecting to a 'guest' network? If not, everything you have is visible to them, not the way I'd set that up.
  5. Pike, walleye, crappie, whatever.
  6. Ugh, thanks for the heads up I guess I gotta break out the measuring tape!
  7. That's what I've been hearing, I run a pair of 27s right now but my Terrova really tends to suck them dry if I'm on it all day.
  8. I hate seeing those poor fellas always dead on the road.
  9. I think I need a new pair of Group 31s before the soft water season starts.
  10. I got so excited once I got that NHL Gamecentre alert on my phone, I think I might have yelled out loud. Goodbye Clarkson and good riddance to that awful contract!!!!! Even more excited that the Leafs got Brennan back for Abbott... Minor league deal, but in a few years I think it's really going to pay off.
  11. Yup, the north end store is definitely better for the hunting crowd.
  12. All CTs are definitely not the same. The south store in Barrie is a great example. Great selection of fishing stuff compared to the store on Bayfield.
  13. Moochers are great, but you aren't running dipsys behind them Level winds are used for a reason.
  14. Yeah, we aren't cranking the drag down either, especially on those older fibreglass rigger rods. We've never had a problem with them.
  15. I can't believe anyone would even question helping someone else out stranded in the middle of a lake, miles away from home.
  16. I run those Mitchell 782s, red band model if that makes any difference. They are a riot.
  17. When you think you're too shallow, go shallower
  18. That's all I use mine with, a simple fibreglass rigger rod (Old Fenwick from the 80s!!! love it!) Watch the knuckles
  19. As long as we don't go from winter right into summer like last year we'll be fine. We barely had a spring last year! That screwed up pretty much everything.
  20. I still liked the team that had the heartbreaker against Boston in game 7. Tough guys always make a difference..
  21. Can't be surprised, Winnik is going to do awesome in Pitts.
  22. Too bad about the colour selection.
  23. Whities have been extremely shallow this year, blame the gobies! Good shooting!
  24. I forgot the hook I embedded in my head and Mike was nice enough to video the extraction, lol!
