  1. some random stuff I found on computer from last year. chandos lake snot rocket that slimed me back road pocket lake honest I'll be back in 1/2 with the milk 60lb braid you ask no hun I don't have enough crankbaits who can resist the sign use road at own risk
  2. mess for sure up there. one thing i have noticed with all the bancroft/hali/minden pics is it seems the beer and lcbo's are built on the high ground, now that's good planning
  3. x-raps and shads usually throw them with a mojo bass crankbait rod and chronarch and 12lb mono line lilke berkley big game. also have lots of action with flicker shads, various lipless cranks, for smaller lightweight body baits a med st croix avid ipc and 50 series shimano core with 30 lb briaid and leader combo has excellant range and sensitivity, for spinning have a couple compre's and carbo max in a softer action with symetre reels that work well for cranks with braid
  4. yup and i am going to store 2 of every beer
  5. another 10mm forecast for lindsay and surrounding area's already seems everything close to bursting with high water levels, happy i am 20 ft above the lake right now as my concrete dock is under water and don't even know where the wooden one went and it was tied to the railway.
  6. ranger trail 4 bunks and two side rails wet carpet drive on easiest loading trailer i've ever seen, lines up virtually everytime and in all water conditions
  7. depends on the boat but overall to to hard to fish them in and attach, hardest part is being a contorsionist and attaching to helm
  8. could have ice in it, but the cables require yearly lubrication, just spread it on the exposed areas and work it back and forth if it doesn'r free up will require new cables
  9. i can get it but looking the price up from a marine distribitor 6 ft wide is just over $10 a foot plus any shipping and of course contact cement and glue remover, the 6x10 for 20 sounds like a deal
  10. been around since 99. new test is actually easier for older vehicles and if you don't ignore your check engine light you should pass, people only getting irate to to automatic failure with check engine light on, fix your car people
  11. powerlines down in lindsay on cty rd36 between kawartha drive and parkside drive, just came in from test driving customers jimmy road much better just wet right now around town if your going to venture out be careful

  13. always try to keep 2 5 gallon jugs filled for the boat and sled as wellas the 1 gallon for chainsaw and a 2 gallon for lawnmower, and if all else fails i have a $20 manual transfer pump i could easily drain boat sled truck and all my neigbours fuel in no time
  14. lindsay pretty slickright now and still frezzing rain/rain mix
  15. yup several cars in ditch this morning on the way to shop. as for backups, have a 1300 watt job , if i need it put on the porch and it'll run my pellet stove, fridge and important stuff like t.v sattelite
  16. does it run with the choke slightly on? does it always run for 15-20 minutes cold then start to act up as it gets warm? may be fuel related but don' rule out igniton issues on mercs changed lots of coils, stators/ignition triggers on them get a spark tester make sure you have adequate spark and then recheck it when it's hot,
  17. first off welcome to the board x2 on the st.croix as the rod of choice
  18. i not worried, she can't use the computer very well unless you tell her

  23. oh no tiller debate! yeah for sure the tiller offers way more fishability and space, downfall is no protection from elements , my choice would be a tiller boat if available
