Hey!!!... here's an idea!.. the next time or if you ever hook yourself, use the knipex bolt cutters for that and just leave the remainder of the barbed hook in Your flesh!!! If you can't remove all the hooks from a hooked fish in a timely manner without the fish perishing... you should practice on Bluegills until you can!!! ... make sure you're up to date on your tetnaus shots!!!

Great report and pics Matt!!! ... but I believe those 2 in the pics are actually White Bass, the Wipers lines are a lot more broken up and darker than on those fish.... but I could be wrong. There are 2 different crosses for the Wiper, one uses White Bass milt and Striped Bass eggs (that's the Wiper we have here) and the other uses Striped Bass milt and White Bass eggs which is also known as the Sunshine Bass and may be what those fish are.

That is harassment plain and simple Stan! You should try to convince your friends to go back out there armed with cell phones and a camera, preferably with video and sound!!! I know your friends don't want to cause trouble, but that idiot needs to be taught a lesson and prosecuted for his actions! It would be the law abiding citizen thing to do... and I'm sure the local police and courts would be very interested in this case. I also believe the media (newspaper and TV) would be interested too!
