Scouting popularity is waning. Perhaps some of it is due to not keeping girls out of BOY Scouts. They sure want to join up with the boys BUT squeel when some 200lb boy signs up for Girls Softball. Or when a boy joins the girls track team to shot put.

OLD TIMER-Whachu mean Willis?? At the tender young age of 60 I stiil use these lures. Been takin naps lately, did I miss somethin??? Do they make newer lures now??? I here tell they a makin some outa plastic, what ever that is.

Talk to wify about a pontoon. I tow a 20 footer with a 6cyl Aerostar.. Have towed from Penna. To Ontario that way. Great for fishin---cook outs on the barbie---Kids ( in the future maybe). I just bought another used 20 ft pontoon for daughters family of 7. W/o motor it was 600 dollars, added used 50 hp older merc for 200 more. Needs seats redone (thats hers to do). Ran great on lake last weekend. He hubby towed it with Astro van 4.3L

No batter---try this--Cut fish into chunks about 1"x1"x 1/2" thick. Place in boiling h2o for 10 minutes. Dip in drawn butter or margerine. If you like lobster you'll like this... Called poor mans lobster. Best if you use old bay in h2o. JK

After the kids grow up & move out you'll be a fishin agin. I fish as often as I want, (I'm old) The grandkids go sometimes, if their good, the wife goes sometimes, if shes good, I go good or bad, that the benefit of gettin old.

I have 12 grandkids, pontoon boat, dozens of rods, lotsa bait & lures, & I AM THE FISHFINDER to them. FEELS GREAT

Just because 1 person benefits from somethimg doesn't make it right. WELFARE If someone"needs to relieve themself" & goes in the pool, they benifit. The rest of the people in the pool don't. At one time aid was provide by churches. Very few cheaters benefited. Give the "job" to gov't to provide aid & cheaters abound to get the free ride. As for the panhandlers: just tell the to "get the h--- out of here, this is my side of the street" They usually scramble away thinking your working that side.

I personally caught them both. Used fly rod with 1 lb tippet. Gee I wonder why everyone else is claiming my fish??? Both were caught in local stream during trout season making them OOS, so I released them asap. THAT means as soon as pictures. Really, You can believe me. I always tell the truth.

Sounds like the bouncin around on the trip there may have dislodged some dirt in the fuel system, causing the injectors to foul. (flooded condition) Leave it sit a few hours & try starting again OR just go fishin & don't stop fishin until the truck is totally rusted away.

I went to Buffalo Lake this morning to try pan fishing. Never did this before. GREAT FUN I personally caught 32 assorted fish in 2 hours. Mostly crappie-largest 10"==couple of sunnies---couple of rock bass. Used small jigs with foodsource magots, & pencil bobbers. I will be definately doin this agin. GREAT FUN None were kept for the pan. This way I can get these same guys next time.
