  12. Hey, I think its great hon, your not "in" someone's back yard. To be able to fish in the city like that is great! I wish I had a river like that near me, I'd be there all the time
  13. Heya Sis, I definately miss your posts on here, you were always a great contributor to this board, and a barrel of laughs aswell. I remember when I joined you welcomed me with open arms and I've felt like your sister ever since. I know we talk off site, but its nice to have you back on OFC And I agree, if someone had checked your profile, it would have been a smart idea rather than the fallout we are dealing with now Joey
  14. Sweeeeeeet!! Nice chromers. Looks like you're literally in someones backyard Joey

  17. Well if it is possible for you to detour off the Transcan for a few miles, it would be worth it to go to Drumheller, Alberta. The badlands are there and the Hoodoo's are spectacular. You won't regret that detour I can guarantee! Joey

  22. Well I'm so glad you got out again Carole, and you couldn't ask for better company. You're braver than I to go out in that wind, it was ferocious. Great report. Joey

  24. Well we have had the same problems at Merlands that we have had at many other places, including Lakair, yet we all go back there. I've gone back to places where I didn't particularly like the owners, nor the accomodations, but really liked the area and lake and the fishing was great. I spend most of my time on the lake so all the rest is time spent re-energizing with food and drink and catching a few naps, and at G2G's, seeing members/friends. Everyone has their own opinion and that's fine, but it looks like the BOQ G2G is never going to be the same, which is a bummer. Might as well just not bother going anymore
