if they are on THEIR reserve there is nothing you can do .. if they are NOT on their reserve they have to follow all MNR rules including a licence

I posted about a month ago now that the plant I worked at closed and filed for bankruptcy protection .. well they closed the plant in Hamilton last week and the workers took over the plant .. they say I am going to get some dough .. Problem I see is once they get home they could say there 3rd friend was carrying the rods or they were given the fish by an anglers and they were just there for a walk .. when I used to fish Bronte (10 or so years ago) people would ask to keep your fish without even fishing (always threw em back ) .. without "caught in the act" pictures or video they will prob get off .. your word against theirs . you done good though .. keep it up .. and get that camera fixed while your at it

I herd that the Tiffin st launch isnt accessable during the week .. are there any other free or reasonable priced ones around . I used to go to Georgina area but dont want to pay 40 bucks to launch

I use no stretch (50 lb PP) with a 20 lb flouro leader ... put on the PP so I can use the same rods for dipsies in Erie (plus they had 50 lb PP on clearance at Walmart 10 bucks 150yds cant go wrong)

I have worked at Amcan Burlington for over 10 years ... they announced today we are closed as of now .. seen it coming for a while ... we went from 350 employees down to 60 ... got a trip planned for wend mornin out on Erie with a friend .. gonna have to get into pier fishing in Bronte till I get a new job ( would be a shame to be off while the walleyes are hittin in the Bay ) ...gonna rustle up some little cleos and head over early in the morning Oh ya if anyone in the Oakville area needs a Machinist/Millwright/machine repair tech for their plant let me know

Headed out after night shift with a friend from work and his uncle ... went out aprox 5 miles from Port Maitland ... waves were a little crazy but we decided to give it a go anyways .. managed a nice 7.5 lbr (29" for team 1) ... waves got up to 4 feet and after all the lines tangled called it a day ... marking tons of baitfish on bottom ... while the fish was in the well it spit up 5 large minnows ... just wish mother nature would have cooperated

If the lake is completely surrounded by the property you had to trespass to get on the lake ... try asking politely and telling them catch and release .... found it works ... most people just want to know whats going on in "their" lake

Had a blast at the Great Bass Hunt put on by the Dunnville Hunters and Anglers ... Fished all 8 days for the first time ever ... normally the wind takes a few days of fishing ... first 2 days was the best for myself ... managed to get just under 13 lbs for top 3 fish but not even close to the over 15 lbs for 3 fish that the winner had ... ... couldnt get anything bigger the rest of the week but my son did manage to get a 4.29 lbr on the last Sat and got 3rd for the kids prize ... kept a few fish over the week for lunch and they still had eggs in them ... everything seems to be late this year ... the big ones are still waiting to be caught ... got most of them on smoke color tubes with either a little purple or red in them .. gonna get out next weekend and try to get a 5 lbr ( and a fish over 19" for team 1)
