Was rainy and windy all morning.....saw an opening in the sky this afternoon so I went out fast with the intention of picking up a pickerel or two. Still very windy...whitecaps everywhere. So, I ran an orange and gold original rap behind a 2 ounce bottom bouncer and picked this little guy up. Gunna be eating it in a few miutes with pork ribs. BTW I saw a couple of very large muskies in the shallows...just sunning. I'll head out tomorrow with J for some fishing. Be well everyone.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will be fishing a lot this time as I have no home improvements to do this time. I want to hit the kawarthas at least once....maybe Lakair for 3-4 days.and a lot on the Larry and Ottawa here. There are quite a few OFNers going to be showing up in the next 2 months so that should be a hoot. Thank you again for the well wishes.

I think our very own Lew caught a very respectable LM while muskie fishing a while back. I don't think Lew weighs fish but that fish was at least 7 pounds.
