  1. I'm sure that your user's manual has that info in it....does it?
  2. At the top of the page, go to "My Controls". Scroll down the left side of the page you'll see "Edit Signature". The icons on that page will let you do almost anything you want. PLEASE ensure that the graphic you insert is no more than 75 pixels high by 500 pixels wide. Thanks.
  3. Thanks for helping, Larry. I'm sure that a lot of folks will drop by to see you.
  4. That is one BIG bullhead, Glen! And here I thought it was customary to use a boga on those things. Another few days and you'll have clear water again. A great outing for you for sure. What size hooks on the sabiki? BTW, did the Giant World Record Bullhead show up on the quadrabeam? HEY! Wait a minute....you took 3 pics and showed us ONE! The other two have a tape measure and a 2009 OFC tourney sign right??????? HAHAHAHAHAHA
  5. Some beautiful fish there Minnow. Congrats to you and your Bud.
  6. I use the Gold+ Emil. The platinum gives points of interest and some 3D overlays....I don't need nor want that. I took this off the Navionics site. "The marine Gold+ charts have depth contours, spot soundings, buoy information, obstruction information, show the chart in a paper like view (the water has different shades of coloring), the Xplain feature (which explains different icons on the chart), has major coastal roadways, NavPlanner compatible, enhanced port services & the availability of the free Fish'N Chip (offshore bathymetric information). The marine Platinum charts have the same information as the Gold+ charts but additional advanced "award winning" features such as Coastal Points-Of-Interest, Panoramic Port photos, geo-referenced Coast Pilot Books, top-down satellite photo overlay and 3D view for land & water."
  7. Glad y'all got out. You don't look to sad about being there eh? Thanks for posting.
  8. I'll second the laker thing. Google is your friend.... "Lake trout are among the generalized fishes known as Physostomi, which have a direct connection (pneumatic duct) between the air bladder and digestive tract. This duct facilitates the direct passage of air in either direction. Typically, this group of fishes fill the air bladder by gulping air form the surface and release air from the bladder by "burping." "
  9. Glad you're having a good time out there. Thanks for the report and great pics.
  10. Great report and super pics Joey. Congrats to you, Paul and Terry. Looks like a FINE day.
  11. Sounds wonderful Fern but you'll have to talk to your BF about posting recipes here. You see, it's customary for the ingredients list to contain the same things as the directions. Otherwise it jess ain't the same yanno? You didn't think I read all of these posts eh Dan?

    FLASHERS

This might help you a bit, Steve. Good luck with the new Vex. http://www.vexilar.com/pages/support/suppo...rticle_006.html
  13. Water runs South there. Apparently, Logan is 8' above normal and it's a mess. In the winter, they drop it by 5' but now (yesterday), It's 3' above that. I got that straight from the Dawg's mouth....as it were...oh, and it's raining today too.
  14. I hate like heck to bring this one back to the top, but here it goes. Radnine, you owe Karl Kalonka an apology. That said, when I first read your post I didn't take it like others seem to have taken it. I understood it to mean " Well if you didn't pick ME as a winner, I'm not watching your show anymore...neener, neener.". Whatever you meant, the timing and wording was not good. Part two to this is Gerritt's comment about Subway commercials. Gerritt, you might want to consider an apology to Dave Mercer. That was really uncalled for. Let's put this one to rest. I'll ask Karl if he would be kind enough to re-post the original to the announcements section. Thanks for understanding.....this is just my opinion.
  15. Hell! That's worth the trip right there! You don't even need to know where the Yamaha booth is. Just stop dead in your tracks as though you were hunting/listening and head in the direction of the infectious laugh.
  16. Really nice to see this report from you Todd. Looking forward to having a beer with that dad dude again. Thanks for posting. Nice pics too!
  17. Very nice, Brian. I agree, those two boys are some of the finest I've met. I'd be proud as hell to call them my sons. But, I wouldn't wanna start any rumours.
  18. Yes to everything that's been said so far. Hope to have this all up and running before Sunday night......or earlier if possible. Thanks for your patience.
  19. Now would also be a fine time to mention that SpectraFiber was discovered by pure happenstance when 5 Honeywell employees were sitting around the lunchroom picking at and examining their navel lint.
  20. I tie all of my own and use 30lb mono. I have no real reason. When I started many years ago, I had a bulk spool of 30lb and found that it worked well so I stayed with it. I have a few made up in advance that I keep in ziploc bags (not coiled) so they're straight and work well. If I need another colour blade(s) beads or length of mono, I make make them right in the boat. I find that it's not worth having a lot of them already tied as they only take 2 minutes to make. There's no reason why 20lb wouldn't work...that I could think of....
  21. Yeah, that's cute alright. It was posted here recently.
  22. Thanks for the report Dan....and the autopsy.
  23. At the bottom of the page you have choices of skins....as it were ...
