  2. Brian, don't run Internet Exploder and you won't have that problem.
  3. It also weighs twice what a Calcutta weighs. I'll stay with my round reels.
  4. AKA let's lull the natives back to sleep.
  5. Parallel would be + to + and - to - on the batteries, then one of the battery's - to the motor's black and the + of the SAME battery to the motor's red.
  6. Ok folks, I think we're losing this one. Pass me the electric paddles! CLEAR! Oops...cleanup in aisle 42.
  7. Well sure, every Province needs their natural resource revenue so take the 13 jurisdictions and multiply it by $30 or so and you have a fishing license that costs you $390. for a year. It's a little steep if you're fish one or two Provinces eh?
  8. Good point Terry. I always get a 3 year sports as well but I seldom keep fish. I haven't got my Ontario license for this year yet but it'll only be a one year because apparently the Ontario government think that as of July this year, I'm too old to pay. It's a super deal and you should appreciate it cause here in Quebec, they knock a whole $2. off a one year license once you hit 65 years of age and we've been dealing with cash register receipt format forever. And while we're on the subject of permits and such, not being an Ontario resident, I have no say but I find the sportsman/conservation thing a little bewildering. Whether you're fishing for the pleasure of fishing or fishing to bring something to the table, you're still using the resource and therefore should be paying for a full sportsman license. That's should be especially true for non Ontario residents... in other words, if I'm fishing someone elses turf, I should be paying my way. I know that this might open up a can of worms but it's my opinion now and has been for a while.
  9. Well you should know, Lew. You're the one who gave me the idea in the first place.
  10. Nice size for day trips, Dax. I think it might be one of the easiest mistakes to make is when looking for muskie tackle storage we tend to want to put almost everything we own in one box. You can probably put 20 baits in that box? That's more than enough especially when fishing waters you know and conditions you are aware of. I use the downspouts too but I have them in the livewell which is only used for baits now. Thanks for showing.
  11. Wow! Burned your supper last night did you? You've been here three months and already a keyboard hero. You obviously don't know Mike Lazarus. We'll be watching your posts from here on in. It shouldn't be too difficult.
  12. Wanna scare the bejeezus out of her. Wait until she's asleep tonight and fire up the power auger down there.
  13. I know it's going to sound flippant but knowing what I know today, I'd buy 3-4 ounces of gold. In 15 years, his university or/and whatever else will be paid for.
  14. Very informative Chris. Thank you.
  15. Looking forward to seeing it Danbob....measuring my fingers as we speak.
  16. Agreed, Art. But sometimes you just consider the source.
  17. I'm kinda partial to this one.
  18. You could even have a trickle hose off the main air tank to keep your minnows alive in the back, eh?
  19. Yes, they're in Hepworth, Ontario.
  20. An old joke: What was the first thing to go through his mind as he hit the boat head first...
  21. PM Bernie, he should be able to point you in the right direction.
  22. Curtisss, you don't need a credit card with Luremaking.com. Go to their site, have a look at what you need in their online catalogue and order it. These are the payment methods for Canadian customers. I buy my stuff from them too for the most part. Great service and super turn around time. PAYMENT (Canada) Real Pro's SportFishing suggests payment by Visa, MasterCard, business cheque, personal cheque, or money order. All C.O.D. orders are cash only and available only to Canadian shipping addresses. Maximum C.O.D. is $999.00. All C.O.D.s are cash only.
  23. She's already an inspiration with all that's documented in this thread. That's just a fantastic recovery, one that I'm sure not too many people would succeed at as well as Jenn. Just great!
  24. It will be announced with all the details here very soon.
