Probably the best comparison would be the price of gasoline...The USA imports most of it's oil from Canada and right now our gas prices in NYS (one of the nations highest) is $3.85 per gallon.....at the Res...it's now $3.48 to $3.51 per gallon...what's the price in Ontario ?

Walmart now sells them here for about $2.79 for 20 worms...used to be 24 (2 dozen)...I guess they don't think anyone will notice you get less and less and pay more and more...but I do... What's nice if you do purchase worms at Walmart is they have a small frig in the Sporting Goods section and you can help yourself...so I go through each container to make sure they are alive and FRESH...no one cares that works there. Paul....you (wife) trying to match what my wife did in February....broke her right foot and was in a cast 8 weeks...and at the same time (1 week after breaking foot) had her gall bladder removed....she's still limping on it today. Glad your bride is going better and thank God it's not broken... Now GO CATCH SOME FISH.... Bob

OUCH....we use to pay $2 for a large dip...about 100 or a bit more...now I the day before I go down to the river and with one dip I have about 2-3 hundred....way too many even for the 8 gallon bucket I have for minnows....I ask all the black guys fishing the wall if they need bait before I head home...some of those guys are doing pretty good on the white perch there...

Brute 756 12/24v switch MG wiring - Help
Billy Bob replied to baironhorse's topic in General Discussion
NO....just go with the 24 volt wiring diagram. And get yourself at least a 2 bank on-board charger for each of those batteries...if you also want to charge the starting motor battery (recommended) get a 3 bank charger. Bob -
Send it to me and I will give it a complete test for the year...."if" OK I will send it back in the fall.... I'm sure you have it off by now BUT the real problem is keeping it on while towing....MANY others have lost their covers and now Lowrance recommends you do NOT tow with it on....but it's much better if you do to keep the nasty sun and rain off of it...so I made a strap the goes around it with Velcro strapping (about $3 or $4).

Maybe you could give us more update/recent info.... If so please share....

We have been affect by this for the last 3 years....we could only purchase minnow from a bait dealer that were "Certified" as not having the VHS disease....but they were VERY expensive $7 per 4 dozen....AND the problem was they were NOT Lake Erie Emerald Shiners but rather a golden shiner that ALMOST looked like them...but didn't work anywhere as good....This year our DEC had a public hearing on this problem and since no VHS has shown up in 2 years of their testing they are suppose to lift the ban and have areas like you have........HOWEVER, after all this BULL they still haven't lifted the ban for NYS....but it's coming.... With all that said myself and MANY MANY others have started to dip our own bait and use it for perch fishing on Lake Erie....no harm whatsoever as that is where the bait is coming from in the first place. Bob

You should really replace both.....but you didn't get your monies worth on those two......could be a bad cell in that battery but have you thought about a different brand. Bob

I agree with Roy.....you really need a on-board charger if your fishing day after day....you little C-Tek would probably be OK if you just fished one day in the week....with my Cabela's on-board charger both my batteries are ready to go in just a few hours...but it will send more amps to the battery that needs them more....so my cranking battery will recharge on the way in so most of my amps will go to the trolling motor battery. Here's what I have mounted in my boat (ProSport II 12)....like it very much. http://www.cabelas.com/product/Boating/AutoBoat-Batteries-Chargers/On-Board-Chargers-Inverters%7C/pc/104794380/c/104698080/sc/104465880/Cabelas-Advanced-Anglers-ProSport-II-On-Board-Marine-Battery-Chargers/734150.uts?destination=%2Fcatalog%2Fbrowse%2Fboating-auto-boat-batteries-chargers-on-board-chargers-inverters%2F_%2FN-1100565%2FNs-CATEGORY_SEQ_104465880%3FWTz_l%3DSBC%253BMMcat104794380%253Bcat104698080&WTz_l=SBC%3BMMcat104794380%3Bcat104698080%3Bcat104465880

Ya, your right....

In all actuality Baseball takes the most talent to play.....your at the plate all by yourself trying to hit a 98 mph fast ball or will it be a curve ball or maybe a slider but possibly a split finger that dive into the ground just as you swing or maybe a change up and you swing well before it even reaches the plate and you look like a idot....when you fail to get a hit you have no other player on your team to blame....you didn't Git 'R Done.....but when you do make a play at the plate "YOUR" the hero of the day.... BTW it's a MUCH MORE complicated game then it looks from a non-baseball fan.....if it's a close game it becomes a chess game via the manager starting in the 7th inning but if you're not a fan you would never understand.

And you consider yourself a Blue Blood American....not get in the back yard and start throwing the baseball around to your wife...and don't duck when she throws it back too hard....

Thomas didn't score any goals....TRADE HIM...Ha ha ha ha....just kidding....I watch most of the game yesterday at the fire hall....now I'm by far a hockey expert...but it seemed to me that Vancouver out played them but Boston out scored them....the puck was always in the Boston end....or am I way off point here...not really much of a hockey fan. Bob

But the better season is at full throttle.....B A S E B A L L GO RED SOX .... :clapping: I don't like the NE Patriots but Boston could possibly go for the Trifecta this year. Stanley Cup World Series and the Super Bowl...

Go either direction away from the main channel looking for a flat with weeds in about 14-16'...then use 1/8 all black bucktail jigs at the edge of the weeds....I have done very good in I believe the uppper Buckhorn Lake where Deer Bay (Beachwood Resort) breaks off from the main channel...so any area similar should be good. http://www.beachwoodresort.com/

But a Subaru is only like 1/2 of a Toyota..... What's he going to tow a real boat with.... Again Good Luck on "your" choice, Bob
