Get out with me for the day ...and you will be back more then 3 times ...guys have been killing the walleye on the Lower Grand its all about time of the day ...and working a area ..as for the Upper its a Hatchery Growing Grounds ...i never send anyone to the Upper for that reason ..and another reason is its very shallow with lots of Logs and mud to loose a prop .. glad to see your boats working out better for you once that jinks leaves the boat you will be in action on the Grand ..Never Give Up

Looks like fishing is on fire again for Lake Ontario ...fished 225 fow today Riggers down 45 to 55 ft 20 ft leads useing Silver Streak Chilli Willie was the hot spoons today also big Braided Dipsys back 85 and 125 on a 3 setting was smashing fish..weather was hot lake was flatt the Flys and Kings & Steelies were biteing .. ;D
  5. 65 to 80 fow SE of Port Maitland is hot ..20 Jets 175 back with worm harnness Big Dipsys back 95 and 105 on a 2 setting ..if ya need more info stop in the store and we will set ya up with all the Walleye Gear you need ..Fishmaster

Yes the river is in fine shape for walleye all sorts of year classes ..i think this year is going to be one of the best years for Walleye yet ..the river holds Walleye all year round witch makes it very nice for those days you can not get out onto Lake Erie ..another bonus to save a days fishing if the Lake is rough fish the Grand ..

Well guys and gals the Lower Grand is still on Fire for Walleye As well as the Lake Erie off Port Maitland ...These 2 guys got 7 in a couple hours before getting blowin off the Lake ...The Derby is on if your fishing Walleye on Lake Erie you may wana get in on the Derny its 2 months long ... Took out Zach last night all i heard was Fish-On and Fish-On Also i built a place to get Pictures and clean your Fish before you head home ...good luck on Erie
  8. Just put that fish on a scale after being on ice all night was 11.9 lbs ...guessing was in the 12lb range last night ..
  9. Another fine day on the Lake! After seeing so many fish on the finder last night with Uglyfish I just had to get back out tonight and try again with Bern. It was well worth it, I took a Big Pig over 11lbs on a 20 Jet tonight. It looks like it's going to be an awesome season for my clients in the upcoming weeks ...20 Jets back 175 with double gold willows were hot today as well as Big Dipsy's back 105 on a 2 setting with Spin & Glows took some nice fish tonight went 5 for 8 in 65 fow off the Island SE of Port Maitland ...

Wow Flatt water ...after a month of strong SW wind the lake finally let us get out and hunt for some fish ...hit Port Maitland last night to try for perch ...well tried is what we did nothing going on at the pier ...so i decide to go try a spot me and my Dad fished over 15 years ago and it wasn't long we were into the Perch ...fished 32 fow using pickeral rigs and shinners ... it was totally awesome hitting a old spot and finding perch right at the start... been alote of years since Ive caught perch at this spot off Tecumse Reef ...if anybody is looking to get a feed of big perch stop in ill give ya the GPS numbers to the spot ......also headed out onto the lake with Uglyfish tonight to look for Walleye got set up around 7:30pm and got into some nice Walleye ...Uglyfish will post shortly I'm sure ...its going to be another beauty day to be on Lake Erie tomorrow get out and enjoy the day the Perch and Walleye fishing is getting Hot ..Fishmaster
  11. Yes it started to kick up around 11am then we headed for the River for some walleye ...what a zoo never seen 100s of boats in the Lower Grand in all my years ...must be the tastey sewage water that atracted all these fisher people ...lol..
  12. I had a few clients out for Bass on the weekend ..Saturday was a bumpy day but Sunday morning was much better. We got into a bunch of these big girls still full of eggs ...5 ft of water useing Phenix 4 " Twisters Black with Silver Fleck was the ticket this weekend right close to shore ..
  13. I allways have ice on the Boat ....but today they went to the live well... and for the run home i drain it and they seem to die ..but that ok im only 5 min from home ...and they meet the Knife

Well finally a day i could take off for a couple hours and get out after all these perch & Walleye the boys have been slaying ....1st light headed out off the east pier not much going on so i headed out deep to find a few but couldn't keep the boat ancored ...so i deside to see if they had turned on back at the pier ...half way back Chad waves me over and was killing the perch ...i stop drop ancore and was none stop from the time i got there till the time i left ..the lake was getting bumpy so i deside to troll my way home once i got up river aways ..1st wave point hit a nice 4 lb walleye ...said ok that enough for Bern I and the Kids for dinner tonight and headed home to clean fish ..here is a picutre of the dinner tonight ...I love eating Grand River Sewage Water Walleye ..... Pickeral Rigs or aka Crappie Rigs tipped with shinners was the ticket for the Perch ...21 to 24 fow off the west side pier... The Walleye hit a Hot-N-Tot 75 ft back 9 fow across from the Air Port .. Get out and enjoy the weekend and don't listen to the WEATHER MAN he lies to much ...

If you plan on fishing Erie for Walleye try outa Cystal Beach ...head striaght out till you get to deeper water ...best thing to use this time of year is 10ft and 20ft Jet Divers with a matching colored Harness trolling 1.5 to 2 miles a hour no fasters ...also deep diven Reef Runners and Renoskis work good also ...i usally fish 30 to 55 fow this time of year ..im sure getting any numbers of walleye will be tough right now ..but in another couple weeks it will be rockin on Erie all over ..

  19. Heads up gang guys have been getting limits of Walleye right off the Rocks infront of my store ..all on Yum Twisters tiped with a tiny piece of Worm ... Also the Perch have started to bite off the Mouth of the Grand ..looks like things are starting to heat up .... Back to chasen Kings Friday Sat Sunday for me full report after the weekend ..Fishmaster
