  2. you need to decide on a smallie or largie bag and focus efforts accordingly.Water temps are dropping and smallies will be schooling.Be ready for multiple fish of same size coming in with hooked fish. Best of luck and I hope the winds are light.

  8. I read on the net that EA has ceased publishing its magazine. I hope its just a rumor. Its is and was the finest muskie/pike/walleye magazine. Top quality articles and pictures. Someone clear it up if possible.

  12. I caught the weigh in-was actually quite exciting. The Montreal boys in the lead on day 1 were the last to weigh in on day 2. All eyes were on the scale and it finally showed a 5 oz lead over the current leader. First prize was over 21000. Also the live release % for both days was 99.3 .
  13. HF-I think you have been away from Mtl for too long. Looking across from St Lambert gives you a beautiful view of dtn Mtl with Mont Royal as the back drop

  18. I hit a lake near Montreal on Sunday hoping for my first ever landlocked salmon. We trolled flyrods with sinking ends and hit water in the 10-25 ft range. Baits were small minnow crankbaits and smelt imitating streamers. With lines in the water for only one minute the reel with the small crank screamed. After a great battle a spunky 15 incher was in the boat. These fish are like small steelies on steroids. They can strip line off a reel in seconds. In the next 30 minutes 3 more were boated. Streamers and cranks were both equally effective during the day. There was a period of downtime (45 min) and I was in deep thought when a larger one hit the fly-ZZZZZZZZZTTT ZZZZTT ZZZZZZTTTTTTT nearly gave me a heart attack. This fish took the bait and stripped at least 50 ft of backing off the fly reel-in micro seconds. They fly out of the water too. Just awesome. To make this longer story a bit shorter we had at least 27 salmon hit the baits with 18 in the boat. These fish taste great so we brought home our limit of 2 per person. What an amazing way to get into a type of fish that I never caught before. As usual pics should follow
  19. I bought a boat last year privately. The owner had a document drawn up very professionally and was sighed accordingly. Only I did a great job at putting it away. I contacted the old owner and he said he got rid of all his documents after 6 months. What happens if I need to produce proof of ownership? Who should I contact? The boat was bought for 13000$
  20. Canadians suck-they will never make the playoffs. Canadians just got past Boston but they will get destroyed in the second round. Ok-the Canadians are in the 3rd rd but they still suck and will be swept. Lookie lookie who made it to the 4th rd-the gutless talentless team full of non Canadian players. OMG the Canadians are in the Finals-lucky buggers must be paying off the refs. yawn On a side note I'll bet 20 with 3-1 odds that they don't get swept put yer moola where yer yapper is and pm me
