  2. Welcome to the club, Johnny! We have big plans for this up-coming year! Feel free to contact me or any member of the executive if you have any questions! Batoatorne, we are as close to Woodbridge as you can get, let me know if you need any more info. We can have an application e-mailed to you if you want to get started. The faster that we get you in the system the faster you'll start receiving your FLW mag. Richard, we missed you at the last meeting, hope that you can make the Xmas party! Cheers, Dave
  3. Thank You to everyone for their help! I'm sure that the kids will appreciate it! Don't forget you must register in order for your vote to count! Cheers, Dave
  4. Awesome! Aaron get'em hooked while they're young! Cheers, Dave
  5. Looks like a blast! Catching is always better than just fishing! Cheers, Dave
  6. Some great suggestions here! Jack at Radioworld will have some great specials for attendees of the BassTalk on April 11th plus several seminars from some of the best with electronics. If anyone has seen Paul Shibata's Lowrance set-up you would truly be amazed. Jot down any questions that you might have & Paul will answer them for you. Looking forward to seeing you there! Cheers, Dave
  7. My thoughts are with your dad & your family! Best wishes for a speedy recovery! Cheers, Dave

  9. Great job in school & on the water! Keep up the good work!!!! Paul's the "BEST" even when he's not guiding you!!!! Cheers, Dave
  10. I've fished out of several G3's over the years & they've come a long way! They are great boats and not necessarily cheap but you usually get what you pay for! Cheers, Dave
  11. I unfortunately have not seen the show to make any kind of comment but I'm not exactly sure what you're implying here but I've worked with a few different shows over the years and to lay claim as the "only" .....Please enlighten me. Cheers, Dave
  12. Amazing work! Very impressive! Might have to contact you one day for some custom stuff!!! Cheers, Dave
  13. Mike, I belong to both a OBF (B.A.S.S.) & a CBAF (FLW) both are great organization and many guys belong to both. The CBAF does operate differently in few ways one that might be of intereste to you would be if you are a member of one chapter you can fish any other chapters' events provided that there is space. They also hold several joint event through-out the year amongst all the clubs. Either way you'll enjoy the experience!!!! Cheers, Dave
  14. I would also highly recommend Rob Hyatt's operation! We've gone there with a large group for about 8/9 years running and always have a great time! Cheers, Dave
  15. I'll be happy as long as the weather co-operates till the end of Nov. Here a beauty from Sun. Misfish, where have you been?
  16. Beautiful fish! Well done & as a bonus you got to do it with your grandpa, doesn't get much better than that! Wil's correct, once those fish are in the livewell for any period of time they need to be fizzed. Anyone who is catching Smallies out there should know how to fizz a fish! I catch all kinds of them that have either been fizzed at a tournament or by some other angler! Cheers, Dave
  17. Been booked with a fair amount of guide trips this fall & have the fish ever been co-operating! Mizmo tubes, Strike Slammers, Nories Jaka Blades, Gulp Minnows & Lucky Crafts have all been producing great! They're setting up in their wintering grounds & chowing down! Here are some pics from Simcoe & Erie! Hopefully the weather will remain bearable! Here are some beasts which were all released to fight another day! Cool thing is one day I caught 2 fish that were tagged in tournaments, including one that was released 2 years ago and was caught & released by a client of mine last fall. The other one that I caught was released in Orillia in July and it made its way down in Simcoe! Catch & release works!!!!! Cheers, Dave
  18. You're bang on, Bigugli! Most states that have a year round bass fishery have stocking programs and even then their fisheries are brutal compared to ours! We are blessed to have some of the best bass fishing in the world and it is totally dependent on natural reproduction! As much as I love to fish bass, I'll wait till the season is open! Dave
  19. Nice job! Hoping to get out there this week! Cheers, Dave
  20. Congratulations!!!! The best bass boat & the best motor made. You'll love it!!!! Good luck this up-coming season! Cheers, Dave
  21. Some beautiful fish! Would love to get some of those next year! Dave
  22. Wow, nice fish! Not easy to get on them on Simcoe! Congrats! Dave
  23. That's a gorgeous speck! But trekking around like that would probably kill me! Nice report! Dave
