20% concern for the officer, 80% cash grab!!! same goes for hidden radar traps etc. If the real reason was concern for public safety they should have a highly visable marked police car in plain site to slow drivers down, not hide behind bushes in an unmarked car so you can issue a fine. its a cash grab plain and simple.

Well said and exactly the view that should be taken, if someone is upset enough to post about children raising money for team sports on a site that boasts about being a FAMILY fishing site ...ya got to wonder who really has the bigger problems/issues.....but it raised the "hit" count so maybe the plan worked??????

I'll wait to hear some reviews on the glass lund this summer before commentingon their perormance etc.. But have always found Lund to be a good vessel , much like a nike shoe, good shoe but you pay for the name. But you will always pay extra for a name. Funny thing is my old lunker $2000.00 boat has had a lot more fish put in it than a lot of expensive fancy lunds out there. driving a Ferrari doesn't make you a better driver than the guy in the Chevy, no matter how much extra you pay for the vehicle.

The HT Enterprises SURE GRIP SAFETY TREADS that sell for under $10 are woth the money IMO. I wear a size 13 wide and they have never broken on me and have lasted 3 seasons, the downside for some is the lack of traction on the heal of the boot, but i like using it to glide to the tip-up and you can't beat the price.

I was given a couple for Christmas, they look pretty... but IMO they don't work any better or worse than a standard jighead.

I was given a R-controlled "VAMP BAT" for Christmas and only had it airborne for about 7 minutes before a huge owl swooped down from nowhere grabbed it and flew away with my new toy in it's talons. I don't blame you if you don't believe me but its true and freaked me out totally.
