James has come alongggggg ways since his start. I remember when he hand poured into his foam cut out molds. Now he,s has custom ones made CNC machined. He hand pours all the baits himself,paints himself and packages his own baits.The detail and hand paint is next to none. Not only does he make the Meegs baits, but is doing spoons,J plugs and jerk baits and top water baits . The man has some serious tackle talent. Stopped in this morning for a coffee and chat, and picked up my supply. These are going to be great for pan fish and those small whities I like. These are 1/4 oz jigs. Made in Barrie Ont CANADA. Be proud for sure!!! It takes a lot of courage for a young person to stand up against another; that was/is doing wrong. My son when he was 10, was suspended from school for fighting. I couldn't believe it; he has always been a bigger kid (in size) then most his age. When we heard the whole story; yes he was in a fight and got his butt kicked. But he was portecting a younger kid from a grade 5 kid; that was trying to push the other off the swing set. He took his lumps and the suspension; but I/we knew he did the right thing. Dan.

Hope is to spend more and more time as the years go on fishing with Brenda. Personally, goals are always in mind. Better a 56" muskie, fish more arctic char each summer in new places in Nunavut. At some point catch a first atlantic, tarpon, or rooster. Nail a big brown, catch a first open water Lake O salmon in my boat. A 30lb+ laker through the ice. Came close twice on 50 pound softwater lakers but would like an over. Visit Northern Quebec, fish the Ekaluk, revisit the Tree. It goes on and figure if you're not chipping away at it constantly, many won't happen the nearer the end of the road.
