Raycaster Posted August 29 Report Posted August 29 Unfortunately, I had my new Lithium FishHawk probe die recently so I contacted FishHawk on Tuesday Aug 26th. What happened next? 1) Fishhawk replied to my email requesting an online warranty information page be filled out. (Aug 26) 2) I replied the next day due to having to retrieve the serial number from the boat. (Aug 27) 3) Received email that the replacement probe and charger had been sent via FEDEX (Aug 28). A return shipping label would be included for the faulty part. 4) Received package plus the new probe holder for the charger today at noon (Aug 29) All I can say is "WOW". I'm getting older and grumpier and its pretty easy to complain about anything on the internet but I think we have an equal obligation to promote companies that go 100%. Yup, sucked the probe died but they took care of it Right Away!, not the usual 4-6 weeks... 6
BillM Posted September 2 Report Posted September 2 Can't beat great customer service. I've had similar experiences with Scotty and Maui Jim, reason I'll be a customer for life with both companies. 1
AKRISONER Posted September 4 Report Posted September 4 ill also personally give a shoutout in a similar fashion to Garmin and G Loomis Had a problem with my footpedal on my garmin force, they sent me a brand new pedal the next day! with a return shipping label for the old pedal. I had an old G loomis that I bought off of a board member...I think from this forum? 15+ year old model, I snapped it by accident on a rod locker lid, reached out to loomis and they got me a brand new drop shot rod through expidator no questions asked. 2
